250g(0.6 pounds) of chicken breasts
1 teaspoon of Black pepper
1 teaspoon of Salt
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1 Tablespoon oil
- sauce
Butter
4 cloves of garlic
1 Tablespoon of wheat flour
1 Tablespoon of Oregano
1/2 cup of chicken stock cube
A half of lemon(1teaspoon of lemon juice)

you should put oregano at the end. Oregano when cooked gives bitter taste. And is good to get some greek oregano

Which flour is used ???
Why wouldn't you be using the first pan with flavours of the meat to roast the garlic and the remaining seasoning to create a sauce? Why use a clean pan?

The first pan looks like a cast iron pan and you usually don’t want to screw with the seasoning with lemon. I guess the chef wanted a good sear with a cast iron pan so switched to some other pan that has no seasoning. How about one pan , like a stainless steel which gives you a good sear and a nice fronds; just dump the oil and deglaze the pan with broth or wine? A third choice could be a non stick, non stainless steel pan .

Why change pans for the garlic butter? You can use the same pan the chicken cooked in for extra flavour. You could even deglaze with a bit of dry white wine. Nevertheless, your dish looks wonderful and I will make it this weekend.
