I had these growing in a garden first year we moved in i thought they were a weed...i mean it was just in the stage of a hard bulb thank god they cm bk next year.

Thanks for the info, i was thinking abouy leaving my garlic to bloom but averyone on yt said to cut it, ill try leaving one bloom and the other im going to cut

I enjoy the blooms, in a flower arrangement fresh and dried, thanks for watching

Will they have the seed, my garlic just started to have flowers. I don't know what to do with it. New to gralic growing.

yes. but from seed garlic needs 2 yrs.

@@ambert.3792 Wow no wonder its expensive ..I hv noticed you get bigger bulbs if you give it lots of room sure doesnt like weeds around it

Do you know which garlic this is? We have this same one I believe they are snowbird bulbs, and flowers. They were here when we moved in as well. My mom calls them wild garlic but she doesn’t know…

I think it's elephant garlic they are large, wild garlic are small most people thing it's wild onions but it's garlic

So its no too late to harvest afer blooming? I have some of this same garlic in Appalachia with the purple flowers, i haven't been doing anything with it, it just dies and comes back for 3 yrs now

@HomsteadingThePioneerWay Oh I just went and dug them up, just 2 plants each had massive clumps the size of baseballs probably a 1 1/2 lbs of garlic from 2 plants

Why didn't you harvest and eat the seeds
