Who are you guys trying to kid?He cant win a title at 168 with monsters like Morrell and Benavidez and he obviously cant win at 175 as long as Bivol and Beterbiev are there. Callum Smith needs and deserves to retire.He is too proud to fight in local contests agaist fellow countrymen .

I don't care about Callum Smith's further career - he got his lesson. I care more about Beterbiev's further moves. After Beterbiev stops Bivol within 6, he'll probably move up to fight Opetaia and then probably Usyk. The guys have bad blood since amateurs.

How anyone thought Smith had any sort of chance here is beyond me. His best win was a one armed groves. People get so caught up in him blowing away people like Rocky Fielding who’s never been anywhere near top class. 6 years ago smith beat Groves and his best win since then is a disputed one against Ryder.
