But the difference is fury, however much of an arse he is, can walk the walk. He's the best in the world. Him and Usyk are the 2 top dogs. Joshua isn't at that level but is hyped up as if he is. He lost to ruiz and then got smacked up by usyk twice. This wasn't a fight anyone could get invested in, it was just a return to action for Joshua. That's fine but let's not pretend it is impressive regardless of result or it means anything regardless of result. As it turned out, he made hard work of a guy he ought to be knocking out. That tells you he's not currently at the level and tbh we've seen little evidence to suggest he ever was truly top of the heavyweight division, he simply hadn't fought anyone worth his time

What does my head in is that AJ has fought 5 of the current top 10 Boxrec fighters and 2 of them twice but yet he’s still the one that gets scrutinised. If we drill down to the top 5 then we’re talking 2 of the top 5 that he’s fought and it’s those 2 that he’s fought twice and Fury hasn’t fought one single fighter in that top 5. Fury has basically fought Wilder and Whyte and that’s it!

I believe aj was concussed going into that fight or it was something else, which was why he didnt look himself, walked out late, why his dad was upset after the fight etc. That was a freak loss. Lennox lewis was clobbered and on the floor, couldnt get back up. aj went down, got back up every time, but he has no chin apparently. he got clocked by whyte and povetkin, those trademark 1 punch knockout punches, but he handled it. I think the ruiz was was aj not himself. people saying 'oh he couldnt adjust against ruiz, so he is a robot' are mad. usyk is the best around, at least when it comes to skill. He bossed joyce around with ease aswell.

Franklyn is not the same fighter who fought Dillon Whyte. He had only 24 days to prepare for that fight which many believed he won. Also, Franklyn looks very different in this fight against Joshua so I think the cape crusader does not understand the situation as it should he understood. It's not going to be an easy fight.

Why would we wan't to see AJ and Whyte again?.. New opponent new challenge and Franklin had a controversial loss against Whyte which was his only one. He is formidable enough for AJ to make a comeback

Eddie schooled Simon earlier to this bit, so it seems Simon got revenge and schooled the GAD for sure 😂

Jordan is bang on here, and personally the only person who has a voice in boxing at the moment who talks sense. We don't pay to watch a championship fighter ease his way in, we did that when we payed to watch them come through the ranks. We pay to watch the best fight the best. And that ain't happening.
