I have enjoyed every moment of your video today. I have cried through the whole thing thinking about the beautiful moments you have shared with your mama. What a great heritage to have been groomed with such a love for plants and how to store the knowledge to repeat many of the same in your beautiful gardens. I recall of my childhood remembering the gorgeous blue hydgrangers at my home. This has been one of my favorite videos yet. Thank you for giving so much of yourself and your precious mama. I so love your mama's space. I'm NC 8A. She gardens like i would absolutely like to achieve someday. My cottage garden is a work in progress for 5 yrs now. Im slowly getting my spots of shade. Started out full sun everywhere, but slowly am getting more shade in certain spots. I too use things in nature as accents, planters, risers, etc. Thank you for another tour. It's so gorgeous

Personally, I prefer this garden over a formal planned garden. It’s such a magical place!!! I bet she had to really watch for the sun patches to be able to plant some of those plants such as the roses.

Wow! Not even through the entire video yet and your momma's gardens are full of whimsy and magic. I garden in about 99% sun and you were right, this is so inspiring! Such beauty all around 💗

Magnificent! Love all that you said about gardening with your Mama. Very special! She has really cool ideas and I love how it all comes together with pots, ornaments, rain barrels, and the "using what you have" things. Unique and beautiful!

I am just now 62 and have started my own garden and it is true you will move, plant and move again until you find the right spots for everything . My yard is almost all shade. Loved the tour, Jenny! SO special to share the love of gardening with your mom♥️ It's funny that you mentioned hosting a garden tour. I hosted a garden tour in my garden for my local garden club, members only, about 60 people, just a few days ago. Sandhills NC zone 8A. It was intimidating to be asked to do it, but I'm so glad that I did! I have learned so much from you and Laura about garden design. The best comments were those that said they were inspired by my ideas to go home and try new things! It felt great to answer questions somewhat with confidence after following you and Laura almost from the beginning of your channels. Thank you for your inspiration. Btw, my Aquapot from Creekside was absolutely stunning. Just Baby Tut and pink dragon wing begonias. It's massive! Your advice before I planted it was excellent. 🥰

I love whimsy. When I had a mature maple tree cut down, I asked the forester to save me some pieces. He left me the section where the tree forked (main reason I had it removed). I turned it upside down and it looks like a man's lower torso standing knee-deep in the dirt. I plan on getting a thrifted belt to screw onto the top (waist) and move the stump to my front yard so neighborhood kiddos can sit in it when they head to the nearby park. 😆
