Surely with the roof, it is above the Permitted Development of 2.5m as is within 2m of the boundary wall? [Unless Planning Permission was granted] What fireproofing is being used between the back wall and the fence?

No planning required for this shed. Often planning is an owners consent.

How come no paper of the roof before shingles???
