Garden Catastrophe Finally Rescued | This One Was Really Wild

Ойын-сауық

OMG.....have I got a good one for you today. The owner of the property is one of my regular customers (mowing), and the side of her house had been growing wild for a few years. Last mow I noticed that it needed some serious work, so I offered to clean it up for free. The vines (not sure what they are) were planted as a fence line hedge/barrier, but they had engulfed the entire side of the house and were making a real mess of this area. We managed to clean it all up, remove a bit of rubbish and fixed what we could. Hopefully it will make ongoing maintenance a bit easier for my customer moving forward 🙂.

FAQ's:
Q: Do you worry about snakes?
A: I have never even seen a snake in 4 years on the job.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia 🦘🦘🦘.
Q: Which equipment do you use?
A: We use mostly STIHL power equipment (battery and petrol) and commercial Honda self-propelled mowers.
Q: How much do the jobs cost?
A: Sorry, I prefer not to talk about costs!
Q: What happened to Nick?
A: Nick was offered a full-time position at his other job as a Political admin!
Q: Why don't you use tarps instead of cans?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!
Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I'm not really sure to be honest, maybe something to do with space & maintenance, but either way, it really is poor heat efficiency!
Q: Why are you cutting so close to your employee!
A: I'm not cutting too close to my workers, they are standing too close to where I am working! All of my workers have been told numerous times about standing too close to the tools and about the hazards involved!
Q: Why do your workers do all the lifting and carrying?
A: Basically, they are employed to carry things and I pay them well to do the job required.
Q: You work so well together, how do you do it?
A: That's the magic of editing. My workers are basically given instructions on what to do, I just edit it all out, so the videos look seamless!

I love the uncompromising approach to your work. Hangman's clothes line - sorted. Loose boards - sorted. Old doggy ramp - sorted. Every last leaf in the aircon - sorted. Big black spiders - sorted. And of course the massive overgrowth, odd bricks, bits of old wood etc. - all sorted!

Just love watching you change a jungle onto a nice place to sit and have a cup of tea! BTW that last shot looks like you left a rake back there. Don't forget to pick it up!

I love how you always do the little extras, like putting the board back up to cover the hole by the window or in other videos fixing a fence or organizing things that were laying around its so thoughtful and makes it look so nice!

Great job. Above and beyond as usual. I will never understand why anyone wants their fence covered in vines, especially in such a confined space.

Once again a great cleanup. I appreciate it when you provide explanations as to why and what we are seeing. I at first thought that was an abandoned part of the property. I am sure you and Brent are happy to see it finally cleared.

A relief for the house, the owner, the neighbors, the heat pump and even for spiders! And the part of the garden that you constantly care for is lovely. Excellent cleaning! There's nothing you forgot! Have a nice week George and Brent 💪🏻🤗

Love the thorough way you handle your jobs. Removing trash and debris, replacing missing boards, every last piece of grass or weed that doesn't belong! Just excellent! And your partner is right there, never stopping til the work is finished. Love your videos, keep up the good work!
