Aluminum, pilot house-ish, super well designed - an absolute dream of a boat.

Looks great as a livaboard cruiser that can go anywhere from artic to tropics. Garcia is dialing in on the aluminum sailboat nicely.

One helluva beautiful boat! The stuff both wet and dry dreams are made of.

Great video and the editing is awesome.

It's very aesthetically pleasing and robust structurally. The finish may not be luxury in every regard but, there's definitely a market for people who don't just want to cruise lightly to the Bahamas'. The hard edges on the cockpit entrance don't seem to fit well and look a lot like head bangers. I'd round those off or perhaps redesign it some..

Work of art and experience. Dream yacht for me. One day....

HDaviator He stated that they broached/ "rounded up" in mild conditions several times. that is not a thing that should be happening in every day conditions ??? on a so called stable platform. designed for short handed work... that's why i said what i did .

HDaviator Who can't film in those conditions! Give me the camera and lets head for cape horn and spend two weeks down there and I'll get all the crazy video you can stomach. That's if your boat can handle it.

+speedxdreems No fixed keel, so it can't be a high performance boat under strong winds, more like go anywhere, cruising program.

Surprised the boat doesn't have solar panels . Seem like something it should have .

Скорее всего для северных широт чтобы большую часть времени проводить в салоне с большими окнами и в тоже время в тепле. Для прочности алюминиевый корпус.А количество кают - это опция их можно увеличить.

Carbon is good for tensions, not for impacts. In high latitudes you can impact ice, metal containers and more..

I agree with the two previous comments AND I'll bet the weight difference gives the comfort to the aluminum hull over CF by some, at the least to, MUCH (Seems the CF boat would be like a sensitive sports car bing much faster but not as a luxurious a smooth ride...)

More and more and modern sailing boats resemble star-ships... all metal and plastic, super fast, super technological, and probably even safer than the old ones. Yet to an eye used to the great designers of the past they look utterly ugly and without a soul. Just like our modern architecture which we try to escape sailing the oceans...
