Shannon Wharton, Wharton 3C Cattle Co., is a longtime GAR customer and partner with husband, Rusty, in 3C Cattle Co. Shannon is a member of the U.S. Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (USRSB). Shannon represents the beef production sector ensuring stakeholder equity throughout the supply chain. Kirsten and Shannon led an interactive conversation, discussing the importance of sustainability across all beef production sectors in a real-world, common sense environment.
