GANNOMAT Master Deep hole drilling machine
The GANNOMAT universal deep hole boring machine is designed for a maximum drilling depth of 350 mm. The start impulse of a deep hole is given by a foot pedal. The workpiece is fixed using strong workpiece clamps during the deep-hole drilling. The drilling feed movement is pneumatic. The control has an automatic chip removal program for deep hole drilling.
The deep long hole drilling machine is suitable for large series production as well as for single part production. Deep drilling technology from GANNOMAT - deep drilling with quality.
The great advantage of the GANNOMAT deep hole drilling machine is that very large drilling depths can be drilled automatically with quality drilling. As well as reduced workload when drilling deep holes, since manual jigs/gauges do not have to be used. Another plus point is the consistent drilling quality.

• Deep holes for concealed cable wiring at bottoms of upper cabinets (undermount cabinet lighting), case good side and shelves (shelf lights), e.g. for LEDs such as LED spotlights, spotlights, built-in lights, lamp inserts (spot lights), puck lights, under-cabinet lights, light bars, strip lights, switches and much more in furniture case good construction
• Deep holes for concealed wires in drawer systems and drawer boxes for lighting elements (drawer lights)
• Deep holes for connectors, bolts and threaded rods
• Deep drilling for concealed cable guiding for hollow handles
