how do you get the vouchers is it an app you use or something?

I scan items on the cex app or manually type them in. CEX is a chain of stores here in the UK which take in games and electronics and will buy them from you for either in-store credit on a voucher or cash. I take items into cex which give you an actual receipt voucher or can email it which you can use to buy items from cex
