We're more than halfway there. This is my last generation of gaming. Most games aren't even good enough to be worth pirating anymore. I'm literally just sticking around for GTA 6 at this point.

These are just two different games that they are developing!

Everywhere is a free to play game, and it's a platform as well .... Players will have full control of the tools that created this game, we will be able to create places, worlds, video games, and so much more .... And it's also been confirmed there will be NO NFT's in this game, no blockchains, none of that junk! The only thing we pay for in the game is cosmetics! But as for Mindseye, it will be in the Everywhere gaming platform, they are two different games, different art-styles of course, and players will be able to create games like Mindseye in this platform eventually, and just a couple comments down, somebody said "Everywhere is Roblox for Adults" that's pretty much how you can sum it up, it's a creative, social, open world game!

I get that, but purchasable and transferable cosmetics are no different from NFT’s fundamentally. The only difference being ones crypto based. And one isn’t. Idk, it just seems like the same thing a lot of new game devs are trying.

Companies like R* build passion projects, but it’s the companies behind cash grabs like FIFA and COD that will ruin the gaming industry, as unfortunately devs like R* are far and between, or too small to be noticed

I think you’re confusing yourself by not understanding what “everywhere” is on a fundamental level. think of how left 4dead 2 and team fortress 2 a both completely different games but are both developed with the same in-house engine, and that engine is released to the public to develop games off of. Very much like Roblox. I understand what you mean by “just make a good game and we’ll buy it” but when you look at the success of fiveM and the history GTA games have had for having passionate modding communities, this is nothing but a natural evolution of that idea. I don’t see what’s confusing about it.

I'm literally just waiting for GTA 6 at this point. This is my last generation of gaming I participate in. I only buy physical games, and those simply dont exist anymore like they use to. That alone is enough to step away.

It's as if they're trying to push the great depression towards our future faster! lol. They're just going "Look, cmon guys! You need to stop going for long periods of time without giving us money! Just give us money over a long period of time and we'll be happy!" And all I want to do is refrain from buying a game till I'm done with my last one.

Only subscription services I'll happily support GTA+ Nintendo Switch Online (considering NOT A SINGLE game has been delisted off their service since launch way back in 2017 which Microsoft needs to take notes tbh) Disney+ That's it, I do buy Movies on KZread & still buy physical copies for my PlayStation, I much prefer physical media because collecting shit is addictingly fun, holds more value & is worth keeping & I'm extremely thankful Nintendo is making the Switch 2 still have physical games, Nintendo should cut ties off and tell Ubisoft to fuck off tbh Both Microsoft and Ubisoft are so out of touch with their core target audience, meanwhile Nintendo is porting over most of their GameCube library to the Switch & adding Retro games to their £35 annual subscription making it even more justifiable on top of free paid DLC lol Microsoft & Ubisoft are anti-consumer but I'm glad Nintendo is doing everything they can to keep physical media alive!!
