The biggest flex the developers did was establishing trust with the player. You have to jump 2x from increasing heights before this moment. It sets the whole tone for the game. Trust, in what theyve crafted, and more importantly, trust in yourself.

I remember when I got to the part where you had to glide on the wing for the first time, thinking “ok, this game has something, but there’s *no* way this thing actually flies.” The goosebumps I got from sliding off that island and actually making it to the next platform so smoothly was surreal. This game is just so good at winking and nodding at you into doing the craziest things before glitches even come into play.
I love how during the title screen scene you see the dragon in the same picture... after getting all the tears makes you understand why.... Nintendo you fucking genious!

I saw the accelerate thing at the bottom of the screen when I first played, but I had a feeling they designed it to be better if you didn’t, so I just fell in normally. The music is so perfect when you don’t accelerate
When you go back and realize the opening frame where the logo appears has Link, The Light Dragon and the Temple of Time. It’s all right there…
This scene is an absolute work of art. I don't even understand how Nintendo conjured up so much emotion from a dude skydiving. My heart stopped when I got here. I would have cried if my whole family wasn't watching me play. What a great moment in gaming.
This moment made me feel like a kid again playing games in my basement, the entire game does that but this moment right off the top was absolutely amazing.

PointCrow and Symbalily had the best reactions in that order, you can see they are fans. I’m not a big pointcrow fan, but his reaction just proved why he’s like the biggest Zelda streamer. The composer outdid herself with this game. It takes talent in the Zelda franchise to be able to be a new composer for 2 games and be absolutely mind-blowing especially in a series that is often oriented around music

This was so enjoyable reliving the first view. I legit teared up the first time I jumped and the music swelled. Zelda has been my jam since the first one came out when I was twelve. First game I ever preordered. Everything about this game is emotionally overwhelming for me. I agree with Roamer, we don't deserve this. It's just too good.
This still gives me major chills.

Hands down it was wonderful!
The music is just exquisite
I love how in both botw and totk, the title card screen contains both the beginning and end goal of the game
dragon kicks harder when you finish the game QwQ
I love how the music ends just as Link pops his head up from the water. It's beautiful how much they put in this game
The only reason I didn’t cry is because I was calling a friend while playing this and had already cried beating BotW ten minutes earlier
"Ow, You could see a dragon !" 🥺🥺
A tiny detail that probably no one noticed because it only happens once and is very specific: In the intro, before Link jumps into the water, if he is holding the decayed master sword and doesn't jump directly using “A” he will forcibly enter the diving animation and slowly put it away on his back. This detail can be seen in this moment: 14:23

Such a cool detail!!
Man that music that plays in the into of the game is so cool!
I would love to see the compilation of the last Dragon tear.
Everyone excitedly pointing out the dragon before they know... The bliss of ignorance.
The genius of those last two notes is something few notice. They were times so that either the first note played when you hit the water if you didn’t dive, or it played when you resurfaced. Perfection.
I am kinda surprised so many people didn't try to climb around the island before the jump

So many sequals try to do something completely different just to "innovate." I'm eternally grateful that this game fully committed to being BotW, but perfected.
Bro I literally cried in this intro, I was so happy :'). GOTY
This intro absolutely tops the existing of the Shrine of Resurrection intro in BOTW.
I have just 4 words : *This game is perfect*
The best part is that the REAL reaction to this fantastic game, is many many many hours long.

One of the best intros ever gotta give it to nintendo
I'm all about music, and I when I say MUSIC, this is what I mean. BECAUSE MUSIC. 😩👌🏿
I really did cry tears of joy when I did my first leap and I wished I could experience that feeling. But my lord it was breath taking.🥹
I kept doing this myself so I’m glad someone put together a comp
That dragon...
One of the greatest intros to any game ever, fitting for the greatest game ever
We need a multipart reaction for all of Ganondorf's phases from the first transformation to the ending
I will never forget the feeling when the music started after the jump... and then, how it felt to explore it for the first time. Music is powerful!
I’m so glad I don’t have freinds who talk through the cutscenes with awful jokes
In these videos, you can clearly see the difference between the people playing TotK just because it is cool right now and the ones who know the Zelda games.
