Game Time - SAM Simulator: SA-4B Ganef

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

Figured I'd do another one of these, because SAMsim is really neat!
I haven't really had much time to do videos, what with work picking up and other assorted stuff going on. Still alive, though.

Krug does mean circle. And your pronunciation is correct too: in the middle "u" sounds like "loop", not like in "cut". 5:47 "Izlucheniye Vyklucheno" Emission turned off. As for reading russian alphabet it is very simple actually. All you need is just know how each letter is pronounced and that's it - you can read. (Ok, to be completly correct there are 4 letters Е, Ё, Ю, Я that has two options of sounding depends on what is in front of them: e.g. Е in front of word or after vowel it sounds like YE, after consonant - E (example is: "izluchEniYE")). And also there are two signs: Ъ and Ь: if you need Е, Ё, Ю, Я that are following consonant sound like they are at the beginning of the word or after vowel - you use these signs. E.g. серьёзный (serious) sounds like seryoznyj, ь in рьё makes ё sound like YO. And finally sign ь after consonant give to this consonant softness. For those who knows Spanish it's like N and ñ. If after russian Н (which counds like english N) we put ь it will sound like ñ. For example день (a day) sounds like d'en'. with ' I tired to show softness. So sign ь and letters Е, Ё, Ю, Я after consonant give this consonant softness. E.g. день (D and N in this word are soft), дань (tribute) Д is hard (sounds like D in word Data) and Н is soft because after it there is soft sign ь. If you dont want give softness to consonant but still need Е, Ё, Ю, Я sound like YE, YO, YU or YA you use hard sign Ъ. E.g. объем (volume, sound like "obyom"). In this case B is hard like in word oBject. By the way object on russian would be объект. Try to pronounce it yourself😉. Sorry for long post but now you can read Russian. Thank you for video.

Absolutely same here. SAM-simulator is such a wonderful type of game with the "realistic to the switch" angle. I wish there was more like it.

@@1stSpyGuy I feel like it could be done pretty easily now. Someone needs to find the original documentation to create a simulation engine, then just paper over some nice pixel art and everything would be fine and dandy.
