No. It’s a red herring to the book in which Jon is suspected of warging into Ghost when he dies. When Melisandre comes to do her magic, it allows Jon’s spirit to re-enter his body. This is why Ghost is shown as Jon lies their dead. It’s a foreshadowing

This the most relaxing scene in all of TV history. ASMR is what brought Jon back

Wizards of the Coast stuck like glue to the toxic woke crowd, altering original lore to compensate, and little wonder why they went from the new fad to nothing. They completely removed the game from D&D, the character creation, rules, numbers. It became little more than a stage. Ancient Dragons having 20 AC is awful.

From Thoros and Melissandre's praying for resurrection, now we know that the Lord of Light only answers to the ones that come out of desperation and resignation. Thoros didn't believe in the old words and said them out of desperation to save his friend. In Jon's resurrection, Melissandre didn't believe in the Lord's will anymore but said them anyway out of desperation to find her true path again.

These examples of Fire Wight resurrection as well as the visions in the flames are all the proof I need to know that R'hllor is probably some actual being but one like Nyarlethotep from Lovecraft. I think the same for the Drowned God but that's probably more like Cthulhu honestly. And of course there's the Great Other, the big bad guy, almost certainly just the new (or even current if it's the same guy) Night's King

@@morgadododes I named the Lord of Light, the Drowned God, and the Great Other because they're the only deities worshipped in Game of Thrones that are most likely to be actual gods but there's not proper evidence that they are. The Old Gods' and Children of the Forest's magic is what you mean by nature magic I think, if I remember that quote from GRRM right. The channel David Lightbringer (formerly LuciferMeansLightbringer) has some awesome breakdowns of what the religions in Game of Thrones are really like. The only confirmed being that exists in Game of Thrones that could be considered a god by our standards is the Greenseer hivemind locked in the Weirwood tree net, maybe the Great Other aka the Night's King perhaps is a proper deity-like being that leads the Others. The Lord of Light, while the fire seems to help people with visions, can intentionally mislead people by showing them the wrong visions if the Lord of Light actually exists, which would explain why Melisandre was so sure Stannis was the Prince who was Promised. And the Drowned God seems to be SOMETHING Lovecraftian honestly, my personal theory is that the Drowned God was worshipped by the Squishers (the weird fish beings that steal people from coastlines sometimes), but since they're probably extinct or they're ancestors of the Ironborn, the Ironborn worship the Drowned God instead. It would explain why there was just a single oily black stone chair sitting on the Iron Islands when the Ironborn arrived while the Squishers are fish people who wouldn't go on land that much

@@in_vino_veritas7938 thats interesting, jon warged into ghost out of survival instincts just moments before death. But his body sustained a fuck load of damage, he was stabbed in the heart, his body cannot be inhabited, because it would be dead. So really, he would just be stuck in ghost's body.

Just a thought - maybe the only reason this resurrection of Jon worked was due to the horrific sacrifice of Stannis's daughter - Princess Shireen? The whole life for a life aspect. - would mean that Shireen's death played a larger part, especially when we go to the scene later on in Season 6 Episode 10 when Davos confronts Melisandre in front of Jon......just a thought.

I love how Mel needs to strip down and bathe and groom Jon's body and speak several spells in Valyrian and wait a while for it to work while all Thoros needed to do was improvise a plea to the fire god and boom, Beric comes back in seconds for the 7th time in a row 😂 And also all Jon had to heal were some stabs while Beric was literally cut in half by a sword

i2aymond - Melisandre is not done, not by a long shot. That is just wishful thinking on your part. The only reason she came to Westeros was to champion the Warrior of Light and aid him. She is a link to 400 years of history which makes her a vital character. I stand by my belief that Arya will be killed by Jon's hand to forge the real Lightbringer. Jon does not love Melisandre, she is an advisor to him, nothing more. He has to sacrifice someone he loves.
