@@NPCrash he died offscreen in the show somewhere between leaving the red wedding before the massacre starts (leaves to take a piss in the show) and the episode where the Smalljon is the new Lord Umber who brings Rickon to Ramsey. In the books, it took 6 Frey men to capture him inside the hall as he tried to fight and save Robb. He is being held prisoner at the Twins and will probably be released in a big prisoner exchange that might be upcoming... if the final books get published of course!

@@cyanide_lollipop3264 I'm not sure about that in the case of rape scenes... if one is hot on the actor, it is easy to sort of mentally turn those into fantasy "ravishment" scenes, which, while fun in their own way, are much less terrifying, if that makes any sense. Mind you, the books (those that are written, anyway) take Ramsey's story in a different direction, and the sexual sadism is much more graphic (though Sansa isn't his victim) as is his abuse of Theon. I don't know. I hope you'll let me know what you think once you've finished the latest (and likely final, since Mr. George RR Martin no longer seems inclined to write) book in the series. I want to know after you've seen the series and read the books which Bastard of Bolton is the scariest! (Obviously I already know which one is going to be your favorite. 😋). If you started reading the books now, you wouldn't be spoiling anything. The series has already gone far past where the books have stopped. And many character paths have branched off in VERY different directions at this point. I've read most of the books several times. (One kind of HAD to do some rereading when it was 5 to 7 years between books. Not that I'm bitter... Mind you, JK Rowling finished HER series. SHE put out about a book a year until she was done. None of this swanning about with Hollywood types when there was work to be done. Grumble, mutter, grouse...)
