A lot of people think rrmartin was going to end with her being a kind of failed revolutionary figure go all mad and destroy everything. But the way they wrote it in the last season was waaaay too rushed

That is a horrible reminder of the awful and stupid S8 Dany deserved better😭 And she will always be my queen. Now and always!✊🏻

I'm currently not following GOT but already got spoiled about the whole plot in this season. They ruined her journey with that out of character ending. Your tribute for her is really beautiful though! I love how you used her dialogue and the very aesthetic scenes.

I've been more disappointed than this, but it still hurts. A good story (an actual good story, Tyrion) can help people through a lot. Losing that good story to bad writing really, really hurts.

she was the only reason I watched the show. I never saw season 8, though, because I refuse to waste my time with nonsensical dumb writing. They should have waited for Martin to finish the books or something.

She was meant to be a hope but D&D just wanted to shock by killing a loved character as they did with Robb Stark and failing miserably because her path was way bigger, her arc very well build to that no sense end.

Absolutley beautiful video. It captured perfectly the real Dany, not the one D&D butchered. She deserved so much better. And in the end what did the show even matter if the wheel stayed in tack. Smfh. I hope the books don't dissapoint or go the same stupid Mad Dany path

Say what you want about season 8, that scene with Dany and the dragon wings unfurling (looking like her own) in kings landing was AMAZING

Никак не могу успокоиться после просмотра финального сезона. Как же жалко Дэни! Просто ужасный финал. Нам показывали 7 сезонов логичное развитие персонажей, а в 8 все пошло... так, как вдруг захотели сценаристы. А видео - шикарное. Собраны цитаты, доказывающие, что Дэни - не королева пепла. Спасибо.

I cannot wait to see what finally becomes of Khaleesi, in the books. I do believe her death will be at the hands of The Others. A sacrifice for the living, her last play to free Men from their Chains - this time, the chains of Undeath. The conquering ends in Meereen and the Liberation of Westeros will soon begin... For the Show is a Nightmare and the Story hasn’t ended yet. *FIRE AND BLOOD!*

I can accept that they choose her to become corrupted by power. But the execution was weak, stupid and unjust to Dany's character arc. It would've been much more satisfying if they would've done an entire season with various kingdoms trying to defeat the Dragon Queen. The Iron Islands and Dorne being outright loyalists, Jon being torn between his love and his duty to the North, Sansa becoming a hybrid of Cersei and Littlefinger trying to outwit her politically, Tyrion wrestling with his guilt for becoming her Hand and playing a part in the destruction of his entire House, Kinvara and the Red Priestesses advising Dany and helping to destroy her enemies, more dragons being born, etc. There was so much that could've been done with this premise.

Spectacle, despite everything, was never the point of the show. The pinnacle of the show is when Jon plunged the knife in Dany's heart. Everything you wrote about, while undoubtedly cool and grandiose, is from a thematic standpoint superfluous.

She started as a helpless girl, Dragon gave her confidence, her dragons gave her the power, little by little she found the dragon in herself and wanted to save the world, but when she thought she had it all together, she was betrayed and let down by the same people she was standing for, shamed by them too. She list her sons, her best friend, her belief. People forgot she has dragon blood in her veins and a fierce madness resides inside her. And in the lady, she lost to this madness.

there’s 2 theories I found very solid #1 in fire & blood there’s some things written that when the rider dies they live on in their dragon same with the wargs, then drogon was last seen in volantis and that could babe dany going back to essos to free the slaves there because it’s already proven that she will never excepted in westeros #2 drogon took her to kinvara to babe resurrected in volantis, dragons are indeed very smart and that’s quite possible OR if u merge 2 theories together then it’s Dany resurrecting her self. We won’t be getting a sequel (thank the gods) so that kinda kept me standing a bit! Seven blessings!

Meh Queen

She hasn't become mad queen. Her anger was toward Cersei and Red Keep and it was not madness at all. She flied with Drogon towards Red Keep to destroy Cersei and...suddenly disappears for the remaining 30 minutes. We see a flying dragon unleashes fire all over and NOT the dragon rider. In previous episodes and seasons, the dragon rider (Daenerys) commanded the dragon (Dracarys), but for 30 long minutes we just see a devastation without meaning. But after watching the episode 3 times, i realise the meaning. D & D just devastated KIngs Landing. Not mad queen and all these nonsenses, only them. And what for? Just to manipulate audience to hate Daenerys, which leads to the finale. They haven't the guts to show "mad" Daenerys ordering Drogon to unleash the flames, they just erase her character for the last 30 minutes, when fire devastating the city. And for those who hate Dany, just watch again and catch the whole point of view. A damn foolish writing/directing full of nonsenses that's all.
