    Are you allowed to use tile counters in online games and official games/tournaments?

    For this tournament (and most tournaments) it is not allowed. The counter is just for post-game analysis.

    At 34:26 you did not list all three cases :) 1. It's never a mistake to block your opponent's meeple with a 100% probability 2. It's sometimes a mistake to block your opponent's meeple with a 50% probability 3. It's always a mistake to block your opponent's meeple with a 0% probability!
