Excellent explanation, thnx for the detailed insights, doctor. I do six pack exercises, after I started this stomach crunches I experienced right side chest pain especially when I lie on my back . Pl correct me if my interpretation is correct though people hv mild stones, when they do the abs exercises it can lead to the stone to come outside of the gallbl. & Block the ducts . Am I correct ? Eversince I started the stomach exercises I had loss of appetite, just 2 diff days I had right side chest discomfort especially wen I lie on my back .
