When somebody asks me why i love so much all what Nick Cave is, I answer he makes me feel as human as possible.

Nick Cave is starting to remind me of Leonard Cohen. The transition in Nick's music is astonishing and amazing.

Well the first song on the first side of the first Bad Seeds album was a Leonard Cohen cover, so it's not really that much of a transition considering that was over 35 years ago.

@@suzannabienkowski2033 So I have learned since my comment. I didn't get into the Bad Seeds till about 10 years ago so I was ignorant of the earlier stuff. I have seen him live 2 times and it is an experience to say the least.

a shaman, a mystic, a mage, a priest, a guide. Nick Cave is all of this and more. There are no actual words for him and his beauty, musical, inner and outer

After all this man has been through he still finds the strength to pour his heart into these beautiful songs. I had a lump in my throat watching that. I can’t wait to see the full concert 👏

The man is a pioneer and a genius. Long may he continue. So glad he's releasing this, I missed it when it came out. Can't wait!

The sound of piano and his emotional voice really touches you deep..and it's really haunting....

The real crooner number 1 . the best musician and poet lyrics yesterday, today and ever. On direct concert is a experience of the other world!!

There are no words, for what Nick Cave and his songs do. Words come from the mind, Nick Cave touches heart and soul. There are no superlative, to discribe this. Just say thank you and be full of humility to experience for this great artist.

Nick's music always conjures up these poetically beautiful, sometimes haunting and melancholic, scenery for me. I didn't always appreciate this softer, more solemn music growing up. Now that i'm getting older, I find myself relishing more alone time. Of course being both alone and in a crowd can both be terrible. Music though, it never fails me.

Absolutely beautiful song, an amazing man

Every time I see Nick Cave I can’t help but think he stole Christmas.

The melody reminds me a bit of the Neil Young song in the movie Philadelphia (Tom Hanks, Denzel Washington).

True Funk Soul I think he’s talking about aliens and describing the space ship 🚀 as a galleon ship sailing around the sun, is just a simplistic poetic way of describing this.
