This entire album feels like the aftermath of his single "Blowback" (feels like a continuation of that concept/story). I am absolutely in love with it all, the little change-ups, the lingering distortion (symbol for being distracted/tempted??) amid the beautiful harp & bells, the wistful piano, the strong but controlled beats & bass, and, most of all, his voice. He did it all his way, and it sounds like he put such soul & dedication into this. I just feel really happy that he decided to be in the center of his music by contributing his beautiful vocals for this project :') Although most of us know him from "Urban Flora", I feel that he's really evolved from that sound (but kept true to those roots). He really doesn't make the same kind of music twice, which is why I feel that this album is so important in showcasing how he's grown as an artist. Anyhow. I've been waiting a long time to hear more from him, so I have a lot of thoughts on this :D Hope everyone's enjoying the album as much as I have ~

This album is just "that album," man. Like its the one I always go to all the damn time. The composition, intricate details that help convey concepts throughout the album, concepts that feel like they matter, and shake the foundation of a listener to this album. The sound communicates a story, with motifs and structures to aid in doing so. I can't tell you the number of times I've listened to the same song again and again and "found" a new sound deepened into the roots of the music. And when I hear it, it is so clear and recognizable, as if I just had an epiphany, with each particular sound being so harmonious in placement and role. This album is absolutely insane.

I just finished listening to the whole album and I had one of the most vivid memories of a life I have never lived! Some stages of a past relationship, thinking to himself that hell be back to the girl he once love and everything will be the way he wanted it to be, to soon starting to realize he is not confident enough and that he lost someone that he loved. He misses that so starts reminiscing about the highlights of such past relationship, all this while being driving back home! Finally getting to his room and pulling up a photo album while he lays on his bed looking to the ceiling with a smile..... I didn't do anything and I just had a trip!!! 😲 This whole album is something else...

Pay attention kids.......this is actually being underrated. I actually read comments on a Billie Eilish video with over 100,000,000 views saying she was underrated . For Galimatias to have less than 1 million subs and 10,000,000 views is absolutely ridiculous. This is the very definition of underrated.

Tinder bio in 2040: “Welp. Pops was rockin some Galimatias when my Momz stopped by. And now, I’m here.”

Yes indeed
