My 10 yr old S4 stopped accepting sim card. So bought A34. Got alternate sim card and S4 works!!!! A34 is very capable, bigger, but i could have carried on and lived with the smaller more convenient S4. Like computers they are way past peak usefulness. Still have a Galaxy Ace that works well.

I love the look and feel of the s4 . only surpassed by LG G6 and Huawei P9.I used S6 edge for almost 5 years if only the internals of modern phones could be transferred to S4 shell that would be awesome.

S4 Zoom has actual Optical Zoom with moving parts while the S23 Ultra is hybrid. It fuses between telephoto, periscope and main wide lens.

@@sspeedd8809 yeah I know. Just upgraded to a s23U and indeed found out that the tiny 10x sensor still cant compete with the 25x optical zoom from a little camera my dad bought in like 2014.

The S4's camera quality was phenomenal at the time and even still has acceptable quality today, very impressive

everything is better on iPhones? frick me sideways, can it charge other devices WIRELESS? can it record something slower than 240 fps? imagine having no easy way to type a dot and numbers. imagine having always on display only from 14 pro on; we had it in 2020 already. imagine having no 8k video. samsung has more battery life btw. even if you say "duhhhh, iphone is smoother and has a more powerful chip": nuh uh, the galaxy s24 ultra has got a faster chip and samsung runs smoother now.
