Does ur own use android 13?

I used to be hyper focused on smartphone updates all the way up until 2019 and then I tuned out after the S10 Plus line up dropped. So the S20 is still brand new to me. There's been nothing new to keep me interested and the focus has been "camera this and camera that" for years now even though most people are just going to take blurry, unfocused Facebook selfies.

are you a clone of me i have the EXACT same story i had super duper focus on phones until the end of 2019

One of the best phones I've owned. Excellent colours, gorgeous design, very comfortable, very fast, excellent screen, great cameras. The only issue was the battery. Mine was exynos version. It had 3.5 - 4 hours screen on time. I changed it with the S23 Ultra when it launched. I miss the comfort because of the boxy design of the S23U and it's massive. But other than that S23U is completely different experience. 10 hours of screen on time with the same usage. It's totally a beast. It is well aged. Still better than most mid rangers. Well done S20. You will be missed.

No problem except intense multitasking and genshin impact. It can run the game smoothly on medium settings but it starts to overheat and throttle very fast but had no crashes.

It's still perfect for me but I'm thinking of buying the s23 due to the phone battery being so bad

I still use my S20 Plus and I get 8 hours of screen on time with 1080p 60hz

This was the best phone I've ever had. I've had it for 2 years and I upgraded to the Z Flip 3 then the 4, which I'm using right now. Although the Flips have better specs the S20 never lagged with me once. I can't say the same for the Flips, although I love the form factor

S20 still has good camera than most of the new phones

The only way you would get 8-9 hours is if you have power save mode on and that would still only give you about 5 hours of Screen on time.

Flagship phones are supposed to last longer than mid or entry level phones. I mean, you put the latest and greatest tech at the time for that, right? I'm not surprised it still holds up. I just bought an S21 plus a few months ago and I'm pretty happy with it.

I just picked up a used and unlocked 256gb s21+ from eBay for about $260usd. Can't believe it's almost a three year old phone. Still fast as hell (I have the 888) Only complaint is the battery isn't amazing but not terrible either. Just definitely not the "all day battery" people are touting about with the 23U. Might stick to this one until it stops getting security updates which is a few years still.

lately I've been thinking of getting an s20 snapdragon 128gb or a refurbished one plus 7pro 8/256gb. knowing that the 7pro is a bit outdated in Termes of software and low battery life. but I may rocket with a custom rom. I'm a lightweight user cuz I'm just using my phone to watch movies and scroll in social media / taking pics. I'm struggling to choose one of them since both are in the same price tag:(

Hearing you talking about snapdragon battery life but having to live with exynos:(. I will switch to IPhone if they have one in the s24. My exynos has less than 2 hours display on and 6 display of before it is at 0%. So no full day. Everything elese is still great so Snapdragon you can still go for it.

jokes on you its exynos again and and the snapdragon version is 10% faster and 10% more battery overall

I had the exynos 990 version and it is the worst phone i have had. It overheated like crazy and the battery didn't even last for a day. The Phone broke down after 1 year of usage and had to get the S22 plus. I am very happy with S22 plus (SD version). It is so much better!

The difference between 1440P and 1080P is a noticeable difference, I went from an S9 to an S10E and immediately noticed the difference. If it wasn't noticeable why did the S6-S9 bump the resolution in the first place?

I was so surprised that my samsung s20 is still good after 3 years! I have used s20 for a long time already. Let's just say about myself. A samsung Galaxy s20 phone has been my FIRST TIME since October 2023. I always love the samsung phone and it was amazing! I own my Samsung Galaxy s20 in 3 years ago, too.

The phone is close to stopping receiving support from Samsung 😭 It's one of the best phones I've ever had. I got it during the pandemic. It put the smart in smartphone, but I'm getting an iPhone next since apple doesn't drop support so quickly. It's not worth it. Get a newer Samsung

I own the S20FE 5G Snapdragon and it is still going strong. It has all the latest updates and compared to my S23 Ultra is only missing the better cameras, stylus and software only available to the Ultra. I cannot say much for the S21FE, but here in the UK, only the Exynos version was available. The S21FE was reportedly not a strong seller compared to the S20FE. It's only advantage over the S20FE, being one younger, so will get android 14 One UI 6. The S20FE will only get security updates! Even after that, most of the apps and Knox will keep getting updates for a few years to come. Remember, there are other android phone brands that only had one or two years of OS updates and that's it. Worse some are stuck on the android version they started with! The FE versions are sometimes not mentioned, but do get most of the things that the regular S20/S21 phones receive.

I think it depends, being that you can get this for $250 or less than $200 on BackMarket. For people who don't care ab their phone camera, it is honestly pretty good for today. I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max as well, but never use the cameras on it, as I have actual mirrorless and film cameras for pictures. Also, the resolution and ppi is also a little higher on the s20, which is kinda crazy. The s20 is honestly pretty cool, as it was before samsung started giving budget screens on the lower models.

Used the s23 for a little bit but decided s20 ultra wil do the job for a better price. 10000 percent worth then money nowadays for what they can do. I mostly disagree. My S20 battery was toast within 1 year. It didn't last 6 hours. And the phone lagged, back in 2021. The S22 and S23 were way snappier and more powerful. It's a huge difference. But for average users an S20 is fine
