So so amazing! Was searching for this dessert i enjoyed as a teenager at a Deli. So much so the Shop owner always started getting it for me when he saw me walk in. Kept thinking for all these years. Greek pastry the googler kept coming up baklava... Then just in the past few days I thought... Wait the Custard/sause was the yumminess part of the desert I was searching for.... I really hate this guy's way of giving recipes. There's no hand holding, no explaining, no care in showing how to do it, just BAM BAM BAM! I recommend 'The Preppy Kitchen' for instructions on making Greek food with far better explanations, etc.
