You can install the catless downpipes with stock tune, Alex choi did it with his 720s

I would love to see it tuned and how that translates to drivability on track. If it can’t take the extra heat you can always go back to oem tune

I tuned my B9.5 S5 to run on e85 because it’s all over the place here in So Cal. I went from 355 crank to 500 from the tune, bigger intercooler and intake. 100% worth it.

I wouldn't do a tune in order to keep the warranty, but a lightweight free flowing cat back exhaust wouldn't hurt.

Do the tune. Get a map for track use and a map for full send. Get it tuned on e85 to mitigate some of the extra heat

Start with a tune only and see how you like it. You can have different levels, different fuels etc. Then think about down pipes catted or catless. Being in Cali and street driving there is some consideration there.

My thought was perhaps bring it to VF Engineering for a tune and leave the rest stock, at least for now. You don't need to start exceeding track DB limits and for road course use the car really doesn't need that much more power.

I would not recommend tuning if you road race your Mclaren It will probably overheat 😩 I have tune and downpipes on my mclaren but I only drag race or do 1/2 rolls

why so i did years ago and did about 10-12 laps a session.. unless your doing a full tank of laps theres no issue.

Do all the same mods if you don’t like it you can can switch the tune back to stock!

I'd love to see you tune the 600lt but I don't think you will.

I say keep it as is for track days. Unless u are doing drag racing it’s just gonna be a crazy animal on the track especially Laguna and there 90db 🤦🏼‍♂️

not putting it in dynamic modes doesnt keep it safe.. it how you drive it...

I'd say just do Catless downpipes. Forget a Tune . The Tune will come with problems.
