I see everything you buy you short from the dragstrip put it in the track and show what other people don’t do just buy them wash them and put them in the garage, I see you enjoy and I feel joy watching you what you do living living is what you’re doing enjoying the fruits of life

I tried to get a Z06 allocation because my main goal was to track it. Chevy didn't care. These manufacturers sell to the wrong crowd, plain and simple.

OMG sent soo much prayer for you to acquire this amazing vehicle to show and experience along with the rest of the world too. It would just be a win for everyone.

With over 7000 applications. I'm sure Ford is having a tough time selecting 2000 US buyers unless they increase the production number. I know you'll use the GTD as intended on the track. The only items that stands out is the number of different brands of Supercars you apparently have owned over the past couple years while having sold your two GT500s, your Shelby Super Snake and your GT350. Good luck with getting your GTD purchase approval from Ford.

I would love it! Comparison of the different Mustang variants would be interesting.

Hope you get it brother but to me its just ridiculous that you have to apply to buy a mustang. If you own a business that needs public traction, you are better off buying 2015+ huracan of any kind. Huracan purchase changed my life and landed me a massive commercial client for my insurance business just because the older guy liked my car and I let him rev it before I knew that he was a big auto shop owner in the local area.

It could be that you might be a high risk of breaking the GTD from DRIVING it on the track. Thus, they may favor the collector that won't track it at all. Food for thought!

agreed, collectors without any taste and desire to drive their cars should be excluded from the right to buy such a cars. they have their ugly ass bugattis made specifically for clout-chasing, why would companies promote their perfomance vehicles (real one, like GTD) by selling them to some random guy that would never drive it...

LMAO exactly what I thought, don't know how he got one because he sold his Ford GT with around 230km on the clock just after 2 years of ownership just to avoid the lawsuit. It was absolutely contradictory to Ford's philosophy of encouraging their owners to drive these cars. I guess Ford needed to do some PR as they are still allocating him a car or he has gained some kind of back door entry.

Isn't Jay Leno against the business model of having to buy cars that he doesn't want to buy to get the car he wants? Either way he will get one, giving a car to Leno is a huge PR for Ford. 😂

And to some of the less renowned buyers of the Ford GT, they did have to go the so called Ferrari way and one guy didn't even get an allocation despite purchasing numerous Ford cars.

@@Brian.Jones.310 A lot of people didn’t get GT allocations. It’s a big different buying a $100K Mustang versus a $320K Ferrari in terms of the interim purchase. And one $320K purchase won’t get you close to the top tier club for Ferrari.

The business model is still the same, one buys their cars, the plain one's, the entry level one's, the used examples, then the brand will present them with a special car which will go up in value to make up for the cost of the cars that one spent beforehand to get the special car. In case of Ferrari, some kind of special car is still allocated unlike Ford who denied to allocate a car to one of their customers who had spent a lot on their cars as they were busy allocating, ahem let me correct it, giving a car to people like Jay Leno. Purchasing one car even in Ford's case didn't result in an allocation for the Ford GT unless someone is like Jay Leno. Ferrari's policy is simple, you buy their cars, spend time with the brand, attend their events and rallies, drive their cars in these events, they will honour you with a special car. They make sure that you wouldn't get unnoticed. You don't have to be someone like Jay Leno.

You will get one Austin .

I think it has something to do with trademark or copyright to the usage of the name GT3 on road cars, Aston Martin wanted to call one of their Vantage variants as Vantage GT3 but had to change it to GT12 after Porsche's interference.

Unfortunately he won’t get one.
