This boss hits a 1-radius AoE, has high base dodge that reflects damage on successful dodge, and will do a channeled HP drain on your highest HP target dealing % health.
I don't think melee comps can beat this without really good heal card RNG, so you probably have to resort to sniper or specialist teams.
