Gabby Logan | Menopause Monologues | Boots UK

Boots presents Menopause Monologues, a new series where we talk all things menopause with a whole bunch of recognisable and relatable faces.
To kick off the series, we sat down with Gabby Logan to talk about her experiences as a broadcaster, mother & wife going through the menopause. Gabby also performed at our Menopause Monologues event on 29th September 2022 to kick off Menopause Awareness Month.
Hear all about the struggles Gabby has faced, how she's dealt with her relationships and some top tips for anyone else about to, or going through perimenopause or the menopause.

No one ever talks about the serious detrimental impact on mental health that women go through when they lose their looks. Its considered shallow and superficial to care about it and so no one is allowed to ever say how the really feel and just have to suffer this horrific change in silence. We need to be allowed to talk about this so we can share advice, and I dont just mean the usual platitudes about 'learning to accept it,' I mean practical anti ageing advice which will help women get their confidence and self esteem back
