I am from Iloilo city. Born and raised. Yes, mas maunlad na ang lungsod kumpara sa kung anu eto dati.. pero sa likod ng magagandang gusali at nag gagandahang malls ay naka kubli ang hindi kaaya-ayang parte at tinatagong baho ng Syudad na pilit tinatakpan.

Ive been to iloilo last month i management my expectations hindi naman talaga grabi ka ganda but mass maayus sya kay sa cebu at mnila kulng lng sa iloilo tourist spot at more bpos maybe in the future

mas maraming tao sa bacolod compare sa iloilo,mas maraming malls, at soon dadami pa ang mga highrise residences building,hotel at iba pa. nalampasan na nga ba ni bacolod si iloilo🤔 possible na mangyari yan napakalawak pa ni bacolod dami pang potential na paglalagyan.peru sa kalinisan at ganda ng kalsada at mas organize si iloilo😁

@@paksit7117 as a whole? Sure. Why? Because these 10 richest cities have a higher population than Iloilo City, hence they generate higher income. But talking about GDP Per Capita, Quality of life and education, poverty and crime rate, and HDI? Yeah you might wanna check. I wouldn't trade my quality of life, clean and liveable city, organized management, and cheap electric bills just to be part of that richest bla bla, congratulations to them then. Thing is, you can be in the league of the richest but if most of the wealth comes from the Chinese and other foreigners rather than from the citizens of the city, then it's BS. We're doing well and fine not being part of the richest. Here, the LGUs care about the people, at least for the most part, and the citizens are forward-looking unlike some stuck-up ethnic groups who bear such crab mentality and jealousy every time their neighbors improve, and oh btw just last year, Iloilo City was hailed as the Top 1 most improved highly urbanized city as per CMCI. So technically, it's one of the most progressive.✨

But its far better place to live in...its clean..no smelly streets...clean river...high standard universities and big malls around the city. We don't need a big city which is crowded..polluted and garbage everywhere..don't we? ...

for me one of the most livable city ang iloilo, malinis hindi masyadong crowded at maraming magagandang universities din kaya maraming taga ibang probinsya sa iloilo pa nag aaral kahit yong mga taga mindanao

mahina iloilo compare sa iba. puro lang beautification lang alam ng mga namumuno. esplanade, flowers, bikes, pinturahan tulay.un lang. dapat gumawa sila ng industrial zone para umunlad industry at manufacturing. at mang akit ng mga investor. then ung irport kausapin nila mga airlines para magkaroon ng maraming international flight!. ung panay,guimaras, negros bridge dapat noon pa nila ginawa kasi malaki tulong nyan sa tourism pag nagawa. marami hotel magtatayo dyan sa guimaras kasi malinis at white sand at malapit lang sa iloilo pag may tulay na marami turista like cebu
