Note! When he states that the notch on the head needs to face towards the relay and then tells you to repeat on the other head. Make sure you catch that gold nugget. Make sure the other head has the notch facing towards the relay as well. I bought a used machine off eBay and got it for 200$. They said it wouldn’t pump. Figured it just needed a rebuild kit. Nope. The seller did a rebuild on it and put one of the notches facing the wrong way. Knowledge will always be power.

On average it should take 45 minutes

I'm having a leak down problem that is not a cylinder problem. I know it's not a cylinder problem because when pressurize directly to the high side cylinder port right off the head, it will not bypass through the valves but when the block is in place there appears to be a bypassing of the pressure. I have checked all fittings and bubble tested the condensers while assembled. I feel it may be a problem inside the block that holds the gauges and mounts the condensers. Can you tell me how the block is ported (how pressure travels through it) so I can diagnose where the problem is please? Would sure appreciate it.
