Funny you said googling g35 vs civic si. That’s how I found this. A kid with an Si like this one has exhaust and drives by my shop all loud…I’m like I’ll pull my G out and smoke him. Well…..now I know. His doesn’t have as many mods as this one and I doubt it’s tuned. I think it would be a good race. From a dig?? But from a roll yeah. And the Civic weighs like 300lbs less than my auto G unless I’ve got my weights wrong

You should dyno the G bro! I know google says they make 280HP stock but older cars will lose peak HP over years I wanna dyno mine too. My buddy’s DE Z made 255 HP with an intake, z1 test pipes and megan exhaust.

@@JoeVazquez I have a 04 350z, stock dyno run gave me 237whp and 216lbt, after testpipes, magnaflow custom y pipe exhaust, kinetix plenum, 3.5 injen long intake and z1 clutch with a tune gave me 270whp and 260lb torque. Now im working for larger throttle, gtr injectors, better fuel pump, to hit maybe 285-290whp. My goals is 300whp on a DE, hard AF being NA but that a heart goal.

Just a tune will take the civic, and playing will larger intakes really only shine after doing cams

I disagree. I have 2 17" g35 sedan wheels from my 06 sedan that I no longer use b/c I have rear 19" coupe rays installed. I weighed them both b/c I was curious. The 17" stock wheels weigh 22.4 lbs and the rear coupe rays 19x8.5 +30 weigh exactly the same, 22.4 lbs. I was surprised that they weigh the same. The Rays wheels are forged, so this is why they are fairly light. Now, I know these are the sedan wheels, but I'm sure the 17" stock coupe wheels are similar, but they might weigh more/less.
Bro lol Hondas are slow slow. I have a 350z HR full exhaust/intakes and tune on 93 and I beat a full bolt on Honda with bigger turbo and tune. Also beat a type R. But I get it. The DE power isn’t very much either
