When you are around people with a different accent, humans tend to consciously or unconsciously adopt that accent......there is no need to "sacrifice one native Indian accent".........as long as you don't say whatttttttttttttttttttt for what, butttttttttttttttttt for 'but' the Indian accent works fine........convent school education can help smoothen out the rough edges on an Indian accent........as Ajay BAnga CLEARLY demonstrates

Mr. Banga is a real deal - excellent listening skills needed for any good leader, intelligent, humble, articulate, clear thinking, clear vision, super articulate. The focus on women is bang on.

He would do well to narrow the focus of the Bank to carefully selected areas of poverty reduction , climate change and infrastructure building and use as the prime mover strengthened digital infrastructure . At times I do not agree with Rahul, but his heart is in the right place and a gem of a patriot. Always asks the questions which is important for India.
