Ms . Shimomura, who created almost all original sounds of Street Fighter 2, is now 53 years old. The arcade version of this game was released in Japan in 1991. Yes, that means she finished to create these amazing sounds when she was only 21 or 22 years old. Great!

🙃When I was at arcade several decades ago, I never expected to watch an orchestra conducting those tunes. Nicely done.

Hearing it like this really makes me realise how talented the original composers of Street Fighter 2 are. It's a truly epic score, just like the kind you get in really good movies!

Such beautiful new life into an old memory. This felt like experiencing a small part of my youth in a new coat of paint. A well tuned orchestra can lift even the simplest scores to a genuine cuisine for the ears.

I just can't get over how good this is

Ryu's theme is no doubt iconic, but guile is simply just epic
