I add some water to the stuffing and make it like puran poli stuffing. The texture is much better and it doesn't get stuck in the throat.

No Patel brothers in Palm city or Port Saint Lucie Florida yet - but we have a fantastic big Indian store in palm beach which opened in June 2021 which has everything from south east north and west India - every part of India and also sreelanka, Bangladesh Pakistan etc too! It’s a great store , just discovered it a few weeks back! Will get it there, thank you !! 🙏🙏👍❤️

Tried this today! Turned out very tasty. The tomato chutney is a perfect combination. Except that a few parathas split while rolling & it was a total mess with the sattu filling all over the counter 😢

Adding a little water to the filling to make it dough-like might help. This worked for me!
