Aside from being a genius songwriter, (G)I-DLE's Soyeon is also an excellent leader. The pressure that the leader carries in the group is absolutely not easy to handle. You'll need to take care of your members and make sure they are safe and guide your activities as a group. Soyeon did that by working hard as the leader while also being part of the song producers. Her leadership skills were once again praised on their guesting on Knowing Brothers wherein she was asked if she considers her members' pronunciation when making a song to which she responded with "Yes". Additionally, Soyeon is extremely strict with the members, constantly pushing them to develop their abilities. i don’t think she’s a strict leader, i think she really directs the members well in a nice way rather than in a scary way. plus sometimes she just be joking around 😂
Soyeon is a REAL TEACHER. Most others would say they want this and that, and get mad when the artist doesn't "get" the vision inside their head -- but Soyeon SHOWS what she want in all sorts of creative and useful way, so the artist will surely get it. She is what artists hope and wish for a composer to be.

soyeon may not be the best technical singer, but she has enough knowledge and creativity to get the nembers to be able to reach the desired sounds/noises/pitches/rhythms to make every song memorable. shes really daebak

it’s just the right to privacy and being respectful of others. staff aren’t idols, they don’t have to be on camera. backup dancers can be blurred out of respect for not wanting to be seen barefaced, sweaty, or just overall not stage ready. even some idols get blurred or covered if they’re making weird faces or crying or if the angle isn’t flattering. one male idol asked editors to censor his midriff during a dance practice and they listened. it’s also just easier to censor everyone instead of getting consent from every single person for every shot they show up in (which would probably take up time for reviewing and getting a hold of the person)

@@va4840 I think it would be easier to not blur. And everyone expects that they have a chance to be on camera in The entertainment business. Can't believe they go the way they do it. But every country has its own way.
