LE SSERAFIM is one of the hottest rising girl groups at the moment. Consisting of Yunjin, Chaewon, Sakura, Eunchae, and Kazuha, they are known for their great music, visuals, and close bond despite not training together. Out of everyone, one of the members who notably always makes an effort to unite the group is Chaewon, the leader of LE SSERAFIM. She was given this role after proving herself at a company-organized workshop. Because she could think quickly on her feet, they decided that she would fit the role best as she could be an appropriate spokesperson. Chaewon is truly the lovely leader. She accepts the group's chaos and fun but becomes serious when necessary. Her fun and caring personality plus ssamachi mode helps the members be the best they can be. Now, it’s hard to imagine LE SSERAFIM without Chaewon at the helm!

Actually, the leader isn't the one who imposes his control on the other members, or the one who the members fear, or the one whose all requests are implemented, nor the person who says, “I am the leader,” and is proud of that and continues to praise himself. The leader is a person who cares about the other members, encourages them, and corrects their mistakes. He consults them in making decisions, and the person who meets the criteria is YUNJIN

Actually in an interview Eunchae said that Chaewon listens to others opinions well and delivers them to the company. I also believe her experience from Iz*one is a great trait for a leader as she can relieve and teach other members as she had already gone through the process of debut, live performances and that stuff. I´m not saying yunjin wouldn´t be a great leader though, beacuse I think she could also be a good leader. Just saying Chaewon is a good leader too in a different kind of way, and might have helped the girls a lot during the early process of Le sserafims debut. I gues yunjin would be more of an emotional leader, and chaewon more the profesional type. After two years of debut, as they are now familiar with everything i believe Yunjin would also be a good leader, now that she has more experience. If you have ever worked at a company you´ll understand.

nah yunjin is indecisive and emotional. this is a fact that came from the members themselves in leniverse episode 27 not just an observation from fan like how you describe chaewon, just to fit your narrative. that type wouldn't help the group (as a leader), with all the hate and criticism they get more so in fearless era where chaewon easily shut down that media reporter. the members also value more whatever chaewon says cause she doesn't bs with her compliments,she's very direct and always just say what's necessary. meanwhile in their episode in npop, members less likely to take yunjin seriously cause she always jokes around and gives exaggerated reactions. this is only a few of many reasons on why chaewon is a better and more effective leader, but I'll stop here. this video is supposed to be just a silly funny compilation. yet here you are trying to impose shit. let's just accept how things are, enjoy and support whatever they put out.
Man I miss Garam so much. I know she's only been with the group for 2 weeks, but I was the most hyped for her debut among the non-IZ*ONE members. LSF really could have been even better with her around.
No Sakura felt sad, No Sakura was denied the position of leader why Chaewon
Chaewon is more of a manager than leader. Managers direct people where to go and what to do, sometimes by force or threat. Yujin and/or Sakura is the actual leader. Leaders are driven to break through barriers and they do it because they want to. Then people recognize that and follow them. Leaders don't say "I'm the leader", because they don't have to. For handing criticism or group cohesion, Sakura is the leader, despite being asked not to be, but she was really asking not to be the manager. Jennifer is the groups direction leader and image leader. Sakura and Yujin are also the ones that are most criticized. Yujin and Sakura are basically the groups mom and dad. Chaewon is more their landlord or their manager at work.

Finally, someone who thinks with his mind and not with his emotions. Fans keep saying that CHAEWON is a good leader because they love her, and they would do the same thing if the leader was another member other than her. They also believe that the leader is the one who imposes control and threatens them and not the one who provides love and support to the members
