I bought one of these last year after going through a couple battery packs and a (useless) solar panel trickle charger. I used it for the first time the other day and I was worried that as I hadn't tested it out yet it wouldn't be any good. I was on the way to see a client and I had accidentally left my dashcam plugged in so had a flat battery. This worked flawlessly and got me out of a sticky situation in less than 10 minutes!! I'm going to be telling everyone to get one of these now! Buy one, leave it in your car and forget about it. One day it will be a life saver for you or someone you meet who has a flat battery! Absolutely amazing piece of kit, money well spent.

Salut Sergiu. Te rog daca ai posibilitatea testeaza mai multe solutii sau sprayuri anti aburire geamuri la interiorul autoturismului , mai ales ca a venit vremea rece . Eu am folosit un spray primit din UK si sincer nu m-a ajutat cu nimic , ba din contra.

Salut am văzut că ai light output testing equipment ai putea sa faci o comparatie intre un Osram philips etc d2s original si un d2s chinez de 40lei sau ceva de genul asta :)

Good review and thank you for dismantling it for your viewers. I ordered one from AE as Amazon doesn't have Euro Warehouse shipping. The seller on AE is tha same as on Amazon. My opinion is, that this Supercap systems have alot of potential in the future if the capacitor development continues and increases their power. Lithium packs do age sooner or later and they have very different quality when new which causes some Li Boosters to get bad reviews as they used a low quality lot of Li-batteries. I need this thing to wake up my motorcycles in spring or in cold conditions (20W50 Oil is a hard task for bike batteries at -10°C). This should work well for me.

I wouldn’t trust Amazon with products like these at all. You never know what quality you get from them, especially if they’re made in China! I would rather order from the actual seller.

I’ve heard it’s only good if the battery is weak and has a little energy in it, if it’s dead it wouldn’t charge it?

Good toll to have in your car. But me, i bought a 6 Maxwell super caps and added a acid battery 10amps in parallel. Great deal. The sad part is if you don't drive it every 3-4 days. Have mine in a 2010 dodge caravan,3.3L. Works great. And as I understand they have like a million cycles. Normal acid battery only 3000 max

Se pare că amazon.de nu trimit în România (iar în acest moment au o reducere de preț: 84,15€).

I personally feel that the booster charger with lit ion battery is a far better product than this super capacitor charger. One often hears the arguement that booster charger needs regular charging. Not true. I charge it once a year and it only seems to loose 4% charge per year. It still has 96% charge after one year and within 7 to 10 min of recharging from 96% it shows 100 percent again. So recharging is not an issue. I could easily go to one and a half year or possibly two between recharging. Besides I can use it for prolonged or multiple starts/cranks. It works on a totally dead battery, and even no battery, just to start the car. Beat that super capacitor starter! Besides you can use it to charge your phone, iPad, laptop, and even use the very useful built in flash light in winter darkness when you are stuck in the middle of no where with a dead car battery, a dead phone battery, a dead laptop and pitch darkness. I hope you get the drift!😁 This is a real life user comment since I have used it for more than two years. And it is cheap. I paid only 60 Euros then. It is even cheaper now.

I agree that the lithium ion battery based ones work better, but my concern is that lithium batteries don’t like extremely cold winter days or extremely hot summer days. The humble loss of capacity over a year would be no big deal if it was sitting in my living room, but instead it will be baking or freezing in my car trunk all year long. The reduction of power in the capacitor style is the tradeoff for extreme temperatures & recharging being a total non-issue.

I'm guessing you mean Audew? - If so, the answer is no, it's not a supercapacitor system, it's Li-Ion. Take a look at "Project Farm". He did a very useful series of "Best Jump Starter" videos - This video features Audew, and the earlier Autowit, amongst others -> kzread.info/dash/bejne/fIJso5SnebC7h6Q.html&ab_channel=ProjectFarm Audew fairs very well on test! But, Autowit needs no maintenance charging, and is always ready to go.

I just got autowit.should i fully charge it at home? Will it hold the charge till i need it?

It will discharge in about 2 days. However charging it is much easier than charging a battery starter.

I used this to drive to the future when this product first came out. I am here to warn you you can't go back. I have lost 1 year of my life.

Nu zic că nu-s ok, dar nimic nu poate înlocui o baterie nouă. Depinde mult și de mașină. Unora nu le plac deloc fluctuațiile de tensiune. La cotețul din dotare m-am plictisit stergând la erori. Aveam eroare de "undervoltage" până și la modulul de încălzit oglinzile. Și nu, nu e cine știe ce mașină, e un A-klass din 2004. La schimbatul bateriei se recomandă să ai farurile aprinse, altfel s-ar putea prăji ECU. Verificați ce-au pățit alții înainte de a pune chestii d-astea pe mașinile voastre.

De ce ai inlocui bateria cand o mai poti folosi pe cea veche? Ar fi ridicol sa o schimbi daca ai uitat lumina pornita peste noapte sau ai ascultat radio pana ai descarcat bateria. Iar in cazuri de genul, power bank-urile astea isi fac treaba super bine.

Dacă sectiunea la cablurile de pe robotul acela suportă inainte să se topească 100A nu 800A cum spui tu, de mâine nu mai mă duc la cursuri. Ce prezinți tu aici e o jucărie ,ai idee ce inseamnă 800A in scurt? Pentru un curent de 200 A iti trebuie minim o sectiune de 45-50 mm2. De ce crezi ca o baterie cu plumb care are un curent de scurt de 500-600A are bornele așa groase,pai cum să debiteze 800A jucăria aia. Jucaria aia dacă debitează 20A in scurt e bine, hai să fim serioși si să nu păcălim lumea cu cioara vopsită

Jucarie sau nu, ideea e ca device-ul isi face treaba adica porneste masina atunci cand bateria e aproape moarta si te grabesti mai tare !

Pai poate ar trebui sa continui sa mergi la cursuri, sa calculezi curentul in scurt nu trebuie neaparat sa ai scurt pe bateria, mai exista cel putin doua metode. Iar jucaria aia se foloseste de unul din ele. Sa faci un scurt pe baterie doar sa masori curentul nu e prea inteligent iar sa construiesti un astfel de dispozitiv va fi mai scump.

Salut, fără traducere în limba română, nu mă ajută prea mult acest clip.
