FW-BE01 Blue Engineer Setup Tutorial: how to set up the best features for adjusting the device

Welcome to our Precise Temperature Control Soldering Iron, this video will explain in detail how to set up the operator interface of the Soldering Iron.
In this video, you will be shown step-by-step how to properly set up the FW-BE01 Blue Engineer to ensure proper operation and optimal performance.
Hands-on demonstrations are used to ensure that you can easily understand and operate the Soldering Iron correctly.
-Handle Bracket Adjustment
Loosen the quick-turn screw
Adjust the desired direction
Just tighten the screws
-Wire Rack
Loosen the quick-turn screw

-Wire Clip
Push down to loosen the rubber ring
Adjust the required harness length
Push up to clamp the harness
-Replace Heating Core
Remove the heating element
1.When placing the heating element
into the corresponding card slot,
the display will prompt --
2.When pulling it out, an alarm
sound will sound and a fault code
will be displayed.
3.Insert the soldering pen into
the prepared heating core
4.Insert into the hole corresponding
to the size of the soldering iron
tip,push it in hard
5.The heating element leaves the
storage box and the system resets

The soldering station will quickly
enter the temperature control state
-Memory Working Channel
Temperature settings of
"CH1, CH2, CH3"
1. Adjust the "▲" and "▼" buttons
on the panel to to expected
temperature
2. Press and hold the corresponding
"CH1, CH2, CH3"
Channel button to set the
corresponding channel temperature
-Conversion from
Fahrenheit to Celsius
Press and hold the "CH1, CH2"
channel buttons for 3 seconds at
the same time to convert between
Fahrenheit and Celsius.
-Standby mode selection
10 minutes sleep
1.Press and hold "CH2+CH3" at the
same time for 3 seconds, the display
shows “OFF”, means“10-minute
sleep function”has been selected
2.If the soldering station detects
no work after 10 minutes of working,
it will automatically cool down and
enter the sleep standby state.
At this time, the display shows
"---" and "SLEEP"
-Standby mode selection
Immediate Standby Mode
1. Press the "CH2+CH3" keys at the same
time, the display will prompt "on", that is,
the soldering station has been set to
"immediate standby mode"
2. During the operator's use of the soldering
station, when the soldering pen is placed
in the holder, the soldering station enters
"immediate standby mode"
When the temperature of the soldering
pen drops to 200 degrees Celsius, the
soldering station automatically enters
standby sleep mode. At this time, the
display shows "---" and "SLEEP"
-Wipe the soldering iron tip
There are foreign objects and excess
solder on the soldering iron tip.
When there is tin slag, you can tap
it gently
Hit the soldering iron tip or hold it
against a steel-bristle brush wipe
-Temperature correction
If the measured temperature deviates
from the set temperature
1. You can press the CH1+CH3 keys
at the same time and wait for 3 seconds
to enter the temperature correction
interface.
2. The display shows that the temperature number is flashing
and jumping, which means temperature
correction is entered.
-Temperature correction
3. Enter the actual measured temperature
by adjusting the "▲" and "▼" buttons
4. Press any key of CH1, CH2 or CH3 to
exit the correction interface and the
soldering station enters the working state.
5. If it is found that the temperature has
not reached the correction value, the
operation can be repeated multiple times
to meet the requirements.
