FW 190 Focke-Wulf A8/R2 Tamiya in 1/48. Build and details paint (part 1)

First part where I show how to build a Tamiya Fockewulf 190 A8/R2 1/48. I put special atention in way to attach rivets and how to paint propeller, landing gear and drop tank fuel. I hope you find it usefull and enjoy watch it....

    This music is better...dont know why really; bit sad and dark ( Great Lyrics !!!) ;). Gret Job I do love the whole Luftwaffe but the Fw 190 got something special

    Hola Carlos!, lo primero: muchísimas gracias por ver mis vídeos, por escribirme y por dejar tus comentarios. Un placer saber que te gustan...todo menos la música :D, bueno, me gusta mucho la música electrónica, a pesar de carecer de armonía, en muchas ocasiones la base rítmica me parece una excelente manera de acompañar mis vídeos y define un poco el estilo estético con el que hago los montajes. :) Sobre la cabina en resina, hago el desembalaje del modelo de Tamiya pero también incluyo algunos extras de "aftermarket" que añado al mismo, esto puede haberte llevado a confusión, lo que pretendo es mostrar como montar un modelo añadiendo algunas mejoras. La cabina en cuestión es de la marca "Aires" pero la que trae el molde original de Tamiya es de una calidad, en mi opinión, más que aceptable, sin añadir nada puedes conseguir un muy buen resultado. Lo dicho, gracias por ver mis vídeos y si necesitas ayuda con algún modelo o te puedo ayudar con el algo relacionado con el modelismo...no dejes de decirme. Un saludo!

    Nice looking pit, excellent detail painting. Have you tried the HGW line of fabric belts yet? Good job of riveting, I like the Kangero Top drawings for a guide. Have you ever checked out the JLC razor saw? What I like about building Fw's {no matter the model manufacturer} is that there are really no seam lines due to the way the fuse was built in actual construction.What makes me laugh on the belly tanks, everyone always beats them up on USAAF fighters as if they constantly were reused, Luftwaffe yes, USAAF, they were punched off once the fight began. Especially the paper tanks, you couldn't use them a second time, the glue would weaken and mix with the fuel. Great bit of work, I've just found your site so I'll have to check out the rest of your vids. KUTOS!

    Hi Bob, firsty, thank you so much for all your comments, I will to answer your question. No, I never used HGW fabric belts but they look fantastic, Im going to look for them in internet...About JLC razor I can't give you feedback because I didn't use it too, so sorry! :)

    gracias...muchas gracias ...thanks a lot mate for this great vid...>I have it already somebody who knows i do love II WW german aircraft gave it to me, and I did already ( without instrutons) a Dornier do 17 Z from a Hobby craft from the 80s..oh man..was bit difficult , even when i did try to find it in the web evn I did check every pic possible....so. Bye ;) :)

    I just got, a present from my uncle( another model maker long time ago)... and I realize that this "special" resin cockpit dosn't come in my box..I ĺl check it again slowly and till next monday i can star to work in it cause I 'm going away for the weeken. Well , I will tell you.

    Hi!, I use Tamiya clear varnish or acrilic Vallejo gloss varnish

    Viewing angle is a bit naff, not close enough in for some parts, the viewing angle gives no definition,am afraid some other modelling sites do it better, sorry, but they do.
