Dat Le & Thuy Hoang, today 09.20.22 was my first encounter. Growing up on 2 Texas farms; I should have seen 1 by now, rather than 55 years later. Found it in the same place as your photo Dat Le. It was actually inside one of the weep holes at night. As soon as I shown my flashlight at it to get a better look, he/she came out immediately & on to the grass. It’s been an hour thus far & he/she still remains on the blade of grass fidgeting but seems to want to stay at the weep hole. I check for Coral & copperheads every night so that’s how I found him. Sorry. Hoping my long reply might help someone else here in North Central Harris County. Weather was cool for once.
