We got to see them at Red Rocks this summer and it was great. At one point he got caught up in the cables and completely ate it. Just got right back up and kept going like nothing happened. It was a great show overall, just one funny moment.

I've watched quit alot of video's of these guys, you can say the lead singer is a bit weird, but you have to admire him, for keeping things intense and spell bounding.

I don't know what affected me the most..... the song, the striptease, the dance moves, or the penetrating stare at the end. But i am here for ALL OF IT. Still one of the best concerts I have ever seen live.

I remembered Dave got a kick out of the lead singer! He even ended the show with the World Wide Pants logo and him dancing around! 😆

There won’t ever be another man like Sam, he literally puts his all into every performance and it warms my heart to see someone so passionate about the story and music they’re sharing

Use to be an early promoter for this band in Baltimore when they first came up and the indie art scene was blowing up with the likes of Wham City. Makes me so proud to see them continue to soar on a mainstream level!

For me it was when I first heard the song little dreamer, probably from searching itunes for new music like I used to do. Heard that song, THAT voice, and that was it. Forever fan. Lol. Next is to hopefully one day see them live. Im STILL upset I missed the chance to see their show with their last tour! I won't miss it next time theyre in my neck of the USA. And I already adore this song❣️💃🤙

When these guys first came out, I only watched for his dancing. Over the years, the music grew on me. Excellent song. Beautiful eyes.

just saw them twice front row in Dublin and got to fist bump Sam during inch of dust :))) one of the best bands I've ever seen if they come to town GO SEE THEM!!!

I was in the recording with my husband. We spent our honeymoon in New York and we were lucky to get tickets to attend the Late Show. We didn't know anything about Future Islands before, but after this performance, they have 2 new fans. I wish they return to Chile soon, so we can see them here.

Never fails to make me happy. An original in a world of cut n paste pop stars.

The bass in this song is so good. He plays a simple line but kind of bounces around the notes. I can't really explain it, but then I can't really explain why I love this band so much x

This performance was my first exposure to them. I was channel surfing and was glued to it. How did I miss this band for so long. Great performance here.

Just watched the Stephen Colbert Show where I heard “King of Sweden”. It was worthy of a second play. So, here I am enjoying this music once again..

these guys were incredible live. they opened for modest mouse in Dallas last year and i had never heard of them. the lead singers stage performance was WILD. he was all over the stage, jumping, flipping his legs around and still freaking singing! it was insanely cool to witness.

Summer of 2021 I watched them live at a show. Sam gave 100% in the first second and continued to give more and more energy through out the show. It was intense and memorable - need you guys back here in Wisconsin again!

Herring is the man.

Saw them live in London last night and this song hit so hard. I've never seen a performer of any discipline (actor, musician etc) perform with such sincerity and consistency. He's in a leagye of his own. ❤️

First time hearing of this band, what a performance! I've binged their videos and albums now, definitely going to order some LPs! A new favorite, wow, just wow.

I found them the same way. I've been through some of the toughest times in my life these past couple of years and they keep getting me through.

This song has so many angles of greatness. ! WOW! nice progressive build and melody, and then there is the story He tells in Lyrics. Glad to have found this one.

I can't even say how amazing this is. The emotions that are moved within me...this is art.

I don't think I could love these guys more than I already do...

Saw them at a secret show before the Far Field came out and they give all of that plus more at every show. I accidentally got lucky enough to speak with Sam - we were waiting in line together and I was like "Oh, sh*t, hey man", completely starstruck and didn't know what to say... But he is an awesomely humble dude as well and full of so much good energy. Future Islands is still my favorite show to go to.

I got my husband surprise tickets for the October show in Atlanta. It was truly an experience I wish I could live in forever. Such wonderful energy and he just kept playing forever! It was definitely worth everything.

Future Islands' live performances always leave me with goosebumps. I remember seeing them live at the beachland ballroom in CLE and was just blown away by Sam's theatrics. Dude is a legend, along with the whole group!

What a performance! I discovered Future Islands from this episode of Colbert and have been a fan ever since. These gentlemen always deliver. 💯

Future Islands are a pleasure to watch play in a set or a concert, Sam sings so expressively and it really flows through the band as one unit with this crisp cascade of sounds that dare the viewer not to dance or move to the beat or get in a better mindset, and this song sounds like he found his love! 🔥💕🎶

This is wild. I saw these guys in an indoor skatepark in Greenville nc 14 years ago. Still just as good on tv/KZread.

I shot / covered Future Islands prior to them blowing up in a little bar in Long Beach, California (Alex's) when they used a drum machine not a drummer. SAM's onstage presence was not only mesmerizing but somehow imitating, brazen and sultry. Then I knew he and the band were one of the most unique bands in the last quarter of a century.
