Past continuous no lleva to + V (going to + v) I was reading (past continuous = yo estaba leyendo) I was going to read (goin to in the past = yo iba a leer) Thank you very much for subscribing!!!

should have. Cualquier verbo que vaya después de un modal, va en infinitivo, es decir, sin modificar.

En español es parecido. Tú no dices "ella debería ha trabajado" sino "ella debería HABER trabajado"

No existe semejante tiempo. Lo correcto es decir: Simple Past "be going to". Es todo.

No debes confundir Time con Tense. Nadie ha dicho que exista Future in the past como tiempo verbal (tense). Hablamos del futuro (time) a partir del pasado (time). Te recomiendo que veas el vídeo. Saludos.
