CONGRATS

So so so fucking sad all American LCB schools were shut down. I used to dine at one of the restaurants with food cooked, and waiter by students. Now, no more because of greed and mismanaged violating SEC codes. Just the thought of the offices in Paris had to send undercover students to report C- grades back to corporate. Ex-students with debts to their hair line. That is not the real crime. But the passion of the culinary arts crushed that most students had to switch careers to avoid being homeless, that IS the real crime. I have one example, who is more than willing to share their story...but on the bright side, this person talent was picked up by a restaurant owner who paid their debt....it speaks to it self.
