If I were the lady, I’d ask him to go back to the future and thank him for letting me know that I’d be taken care of by a kind-hearted young man at a nursing home when I’m old. That’s a blessing already. Him time travelling to propose will probably make me die alone with the memory of him leaving me for another, or me leaving, or him dying before me. I wouldn’t want to change my feeling for him in the future. Well, that’s just me :-)

'Charming,' 'Silly,' 'Cute idea,' but actually it's a reality albeit physical teleportation is exceedingly rare as it ..... well, maybe not everything in one splurge. Normally spiritual transfer is the way. That though has its challenges as few humans in this era can tune in, so meetings whilst the subject sleeps is normally the opted for method. "Insane!" readers mutter in unison. Sometimes really interesting things occur, like During regression hypnotherapy a chap discovers that in a previous life he was married to his late grandmother. Whilst realising that his potentially easy option is to contact her 'now' in the spirit world instead he wishes to contact her in the previous life in which they were married. It gets complex doesn't it? Living within a multi-demensional reality is complex. Yet we do. P.S. Yes, I liked this film although the storyline could perhaps have a stronger end.

Same. As soon as he started speaking loudly and cutting up her food I remembered the whole story. But I watched it again as it is definitely one of my favorite shorts ever!
I could see where the story was heading. Just didn't know how they'd figure it into the future. "Do you know where my purse is?". Perfect.
As I write this, it's quarantine time and I'm binging on time travel shorts. I like the feel good ones instead of disastrous consequences.

Who knew it would be year later and still going? At least the characters in the story have been together for a year.

This is one of the most adorable short romance sci fi stories I have ever seen!
I like the light hearted ones like this.
I've watched this so many times and never get tired of it. The story, the music, and French Stewart for facks sake! Only 4 characters... Amazing and emotionally just on target. Need to see if the two have done other things. Love them all!

Brad: what kind of snarky reply was that for? Just because some people enjoyed and appreciated a video? What sort of perspective do you recommend I acquire? One where I judge everything and everyone no matter how silly the reason? Or, and I'm just spitballing here, should I keep the one I have that allows me to enjoy all kinds of things, including books?
So many implications, it could make one's head spin. I do love that the young lady figured out that without him, her life would take a path that she did not want. Of course, if the didn't meet in the nursing home, they would have to make sure he went back and that they had the same relationship. 🙂 In any event, I do love a happy ending!

"....this is different Stuart. It's not like we met in physical therapy." Classic. 😄
Lmao this is more like the story of two life-long friends instead of two people who like each other romantically

Yes it is. But one thing made me laugh at the very end: when he tells her that she should take better care of her teeth. Made me wonder: since he knows how everything could turn out, is he going to spend the next 40 or 50 years telling her she should do this, should not do that, etc.?

"Where's my purse?" That was a nice touch. This was a lot better than before. In fact, it's perfect! Don't change a thing. Ok? I mean it. Sometimes you try too hard. Really all you need are a couple of moments that sing and carry everything along. Y'know? Good.
I've watched this one three times now and it gets better with each viewing. Just really well done on every level.
This was one of THE BEST Omeleto shorts that I have come across so far.
Such an uplifting love story. I thought he lost her, but then he got her back for their life adventure together. Sweet.

Ah, make sense when he talks loud to her, like she cannot hear him, and cuts up her food....so cute lol
Very good short! How he cares for her and feeds her :-)
I’m loving these time travel shorts. I know this video is old but keep up the great work guys n gals!
Of all the Omeleto shorts, this is my favorite so far. Very good conception and script.
This was so wholesome! I'm glad she came around!
The "poodle doo" was so cute for no reason omg
One of the best short stories I’ve seen!
What I find fascinating is that the sci-fi dimension of the story (time travel) is essential to make the romance dimension of the story (he met her too late in her life but still found a way to spend life with her) work.
Wow, So beautiful. I loved the idea and the acting so much.
Love the old lady spitting the food back in the bowl when the guy is cheering into the camera
Bruh the Cubs won their series 4 years ago
This should be getting more views. Great job Ben!
Wonderful! Such a nice recovery when she comes back, the stunning Emily Bell :)
I LOVE this short story! I’ve watched it several times
Always good for an encore. One of the few shorts I've bothered to review on the IMDb.
This raises a lot of questions as to how time travel works in that universe. Is he actually changing the past, or has he created a new timeline? I am guessing the latter. If it is the latter than there are probably a lot of people just vanishing never to return.

Not in this timeline as I travelled here from the future and killed the person who invented the first time machine.

French Stewart is a surprising cameo! This story is very Black Mirror like, but not in a scary or dark way :D
“One more thing?” “I really want you to take better care of your teeth this time around”😅
I have watched this several times and it keeps getting better every single time. Love it.
Almost worth the whole production for the last two lines :-) Great concept and acting
One of the best I've seen from Omeleto or any of the others. Good work~
Bravo!!!! A gem of a short film meant for these difficult times. Share!
"We're gonna make our own future " golden lock finale.
THIS SHORT DESERVES AN OSCAR! The storytelling is marvelous! Great Cast. Great Camera work! Powerful story!
Wonderful! Much love & gratitude 🙏🏼❤️
Thank you. Chanced upon this - its beautiful in every way!
Why does it have only 8000 views!?
*And THAT's why I don't time travel....anymore.*
beautifully done man! in future years, your work would be preserved like art!
The only logical and understandable episode I ever saw
So many of these movies are so serious it was nice to watch one that was kind of whimsical
Really good short. I would watch it as a full length movie.
“ I came across time for you Sarah.” - Kyle Reese.
Gorgeous, funny and engaging. Four out of four stars. Great script, great actors, great production and directing. I hope you win something.
Among all these tech films and competetions, its nice to see this. ( the girl's reaction at the beginning seeing the device XD )
I really enjoyed this movie. So many of them to not lean into comedy and this is just delightful. It would make a great TV Series. You might want to think about that, this was an exceptionally good story.

As a care aid by job, I can relate to this short story except for the falling in love aspect of things. Very adorable story.

Can you imagine how much briefing you would need before time traveling? This story was very nice.
It is so weird to watch this post-COVID and hear him say that he came back to that year in particular. Now I'm going to keep my ears perked for PsychRock.
The closing tune reminds me of "A Whiter Shade of Pale".
Such perfect film and awesome concept! Heartwarming sci-fi
Wonderful acting, makes me what to see an expanded, feature film length version.
Nice short film, thanks!
"Happy Birthday!" "What?" 🤣
Stewart, the man who saw the near end, comes back to start a begging with kayley. There is a very delicate valeur in that concept…… in choosing a mate, if we can see the end, then commitment will find a whole new meaning with, which we don’t sweat the small stuff!!! Stewart: can I say one thing… Kaley: what?? Stewart: just really want you to take a better care of your teeth this time around.. Awesome…. Very hilarious
A big smile on my face. Well done 👍
More people need to watch this. This is beautiful ❤️
👏🏾👏🏾This short film was a great creation, so much so that a major film based on this concept would be a great Rom/Com👍🏾
I am so relieved to see that she decided to use her brain in the end
Honestly, if I were that girl I would still back out. That guy from the future is so creepy I would NEVER give him a CHANCE! **On a side note, I wish I can go back in time to 2021 where I can fix my year and have a better future for myself. Man, I wish a time machine would exist!
Love a good time-travel story.
Cool film. I like it how he awkwardly crushes all her dreams on the first date and reveals she doesn't become a photographer and ends up alone in a crappy nursing home. She gets over it quickly and decides to change her future with him :)
Wow, I can see why he travelled back in time. Everything about this movie is sweet, charming and beautiful. Thank you.

Tbh someone falling in love with you when you're old and deciding he wants to go back in time to grow old with you.. is kinda very wholesome
The most hilarious part is when he says that his grandmother attends the junior high right by this lady's apartment (6:05)
This was a really cute short. My mom would have loved it Watching it for some reason is making me feel how much I miss her
Wonderful...really touching
This is a great woman. Great romance story. I wish this will bring a part 2.
Loved this story!
Probably the silliest time travel story ever.
WAIT WAIT ✋ WAIT ✋ OMELETO short story that didn't creep me out to my core and cause me to read comments to understand the meaning AND MADE ME LAUGH. THIS is new
