Furby - Hacksby (Ultrasonic Comms)

I am not versed in perl and had the guys on discord help me get this working very easily. I could see a more modern version of this, like a "Furby Communicator"

ill also run the hacksby script but i have something to do with "filename.wav"?
I cam’t get it to work. What do I need to do to get this working on my computer. I’m using windows 10.
