🌍 Welcome back to our family's journey of discovery and adventure! This episode takes us to one of the most breathtaking and remote corners of the Earth - South Georgia. Often referred to as the Serengeti of the South, this island exceeded all our expectations and has secured a top spot in our hearts.

From the moment we set foot on this wildlife paradise, we were surrounded by the curious eyes of fur seals and king penguins. South Georgia's rich history, dominated by its past of whaling, presented a stark contrast to the thriving wildlife and serene landscapes we experienced. This island is a testament to nature's resilience, where wildlife reclaims its space amidst the ruins of human endeavors.

War es wirklich nötig, soweit in die Lebensräume der Tiere einzudringen ? Die Tiere waren sichtbar unter Stress und dies als Kontaktversuch / Interesse der Tiere an den Menschen zu deuten ist schlicht weg eine Fehlinterpetation.Aber die Klicks sind anscheinend wichtiger, als der Respekt vor den Tieren, traurig...

I always love when Garret puts that short clip in the vlogs of him just admiring where he’s at with the “sometimes i lay under the moon” song. This world is so beautiful and it’s such a blessing to be able to live and experience it ❤️

Just absolutely amazing! Lil Cali and all his ways. Is just adorable. Watching all the kids play and have fun is so wonderful to see. Love seeing them do their recap and talk about all of what they learned.
Great video!! I've watched them all from the beginning to this last one in the last month. I watch 2 or 3 every day. They are the main source of "happy" instead of "toxic" media. Your kids are the sweetest, kindest and smartest kids ever. I love them all. And like I said in another post, your next book should be parenting tips because you're so good at bringing out the best of them. Mine are all grown up but I would have loved to see your videos back then because I was bit overwhelmed back then. I can say that my children are now my best friends so I guess I did something right. Incredible place wildlife is so much productive in this place is amazingly beautiful lush green and the landscape is amazing ❤ which is not every one can afford to see it in real life. Wow! What a beautiful adventure!!!! Amazing land!!! I have to admit, though… It made me a little sad. During World War I, my grandfather bought my grandmother, a full length, seal coat. Eventually, they cut it into two pieces and made a cape, and a stole out of it. At my grandmother‘s passing, I was given the cape and my cousin was given the stole. I have had it for over 50 years, and I always treasured it because it was my grandmother’s. After seeing your video, I feel bad that these beautiful creatures had to be killed in order to make this beautiful cape.😔 A funny sidenote is that my grandparents’ last name was Krill….the food of which these mammals eat! I am so grateful to the people for coming in and protecting the animals/mammals. Thank you for your educating me. I sincerely enjoy your family. Y’all rock!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

That 'elephant seal challenge' should have come with a warning not to be drinking coffee at the same time. I laughed so hard... Never have I ever thought that I would want to go to South Georgia, but those fur seals are adorable!!

Yes! it is also common to see humpback, otters, seals, sea lions, Eagles and bears! On a boat trip up island last summer I got the privilege to see over 20 Orcas! 🐋🦅

I love that question, I’d probably pick either Egypt or Italy, The reason I’d choose one of them is because my grandmother grew up in Egypt and had an amazing life there, she was also seamstress for the queen of Egypt ( Farida) and its also super rich in history. Similar to Egypt I’d pick Greece because My grandfather who is no longer with us had originated from the small town (Soncino) in Italy hence my last name is - Soncino. In that small town is were one of my grate grandparents had created the first printing press, my aunt had gone there and actually got an old press print that was original to my family. I just think that History and travel are so interesting and exciting and really hope that one day Ill be able to go to these places weather a miracle happens and Ill be able to go this year OR WEATHER Ill never go- only time can tell and only life goes on ticking and waiting.
