I remember seeing a theory that the reason Baby was far more aggressive in Night 4 was because it was actually Funtime Foxy mimicking her voice. He’s the one who jumpscared you, so it makes more sense that she’s the one who put you in a Springlock suit. The idea is that Funtime Foxy is keeping you occupied while Baby does another part of the plan.

I like to think that she's the one who formulated the plan of escaping the underground facility with his bandmates. She basically convinced us and Michael that Baby's the mastermind behind it all, when in actuality, it was him the entire time. And after they escaped, he and the others kind of just ratted Baby out since they sorta considered her as useless due to her nature. Thus, the reasoning behind Scrap Baby's appearance in FFPS. But that’s just my interpretation /neu

Weirdly enough, I love Lolbit’s design. Something about the white/orange/purple combination hits differently. The black sclera/white pupil eyes also makes their design stand-out. I wouldn’t mind if Lolbit appeared in future games

Fun fact about Funtime Foxy that I found out yesterday! *You can actually find a plush of Funtime Foxy inside Roxy's room!* Similar to how you can find a Toy Chica plush in Chicas room! Some people have speculated that this is because Roxy is made of the same exoskeleton or is made up of Funtime Foxy, because they both have a hard outer shell and they're the only Foxy variants with a tail, but I personally have decided for this to mean that Funtime Foxy and Roxy have similar personalities! I mean, Ft Foxy has a contradicting personality, being introverted and quiet when offstage but loud and confident when onstage. This is similar to Roxy's contradicting personality! Another theory is that Roxy is just a fan, which, I mean, is _fair._

In the GT livestream, one of the guests mentioned that it is possible that Lolbit is actually a character for Chica's Party World, or is an alternative character that can be ordered instead of Funtime Foxy. There was similar ideals stated about characters like JJ, DD and Yendo. Basically the other characters are just alternate options for customers. I like this theory because it makes sense from a business perspective.

@@Mr.Cat456_ well, obviously Yendo is an odd case, because he's an Endo, but yes. Alternate colors and gendered characters wouldn't be out of place in a rental/party business. If you take fnaf ar and the skins into account it's even something they would do later.

I honestly think that the "Watch me and focus on me" personality was linked to being designed to lure children with their parents' voices. It highlights his role in the murder side of the band and creates a role for the performance side

For me, there’s something about lolbit’s color scheme that just hits different. Orange is a rare color in fnaf, and pinprick eyes can turn any character cool. Also purple is a haha funny color. Lolbit is more varied than the pinks and red of Funtime foxy, therefore, more interesting

I think the funtimes have the best voices. funtime freddy's voice is filled to the brime with insanity and laughter. funtime foxy's voice is loud, ear destroying, and attention grabbing. Both of their voices have led to their popularity and made them one of the easier characters to use in storys. Makes me wonder why the books didn't take advantage of this.

I find it particularly hilarious that Funtime Foxy's only other book appearance is as a taxi driver considering how overshadowed they seem to be in the mainline games. I guess you could say Funtime Foxy was only a *driving* force in the plot of Sister Location.

I hope Lolbit keeps returning as a reoccurring shop keeper. I love seeing non-hostile Animatronics like Helpy show up.

I find it really weird Funtime Foxy doesn’t talk in UCN but still the voice fits perfectly with the circus theme. And Joe Gaudet nails it with the voices he provided

Funtime Foxy is one of my favourite animatronics, I'm just a sucker for the old time radio personality and their simple, soft colour scheme is pleasing to the eye. I also like how Foxy iterations tend to be far less aggressive types; they tend to attack less often, are easier to appease, etc. I only learned about Lolbit through my love for Funtime Foxy, and hadn't actually gotten around to learning about their place in the cannon until now, so that was interesting to learn! I like the versions that embrace the pirate aspects again, I wish that would stay consistent because it's such a fun little addition. I feel like the ability of FF to release scents and play voices gives a very like...Pied Piper sort of feel, and them being an announcer means they;re seen as like, the Ring Leader, the One In Charge so even if someone did see them with a trail of children following behind it wouldn't really be considered that odd, because they're meant to be a sort of personality that attracts and guides (like them being so insistent on the time and making sure people follow the rules, they're meant to be the one that keeps everything in order) at least that's my take on it, which I feel does fit really well with your mention of them wanting more spotlight, because they'd definitely be valid in feeling like by all means they are integral and vital to the operation, yet they still are just a puppet (Baby having control over being able to literally anchor them to the floor at a whim) and pushed to the background

It's notable that Lolbit has not just never had a body in Funtime line form before Help Wanted, but also never had internals at all. It's plainly visible from the empty black eyes - reminiscent of those on Golden Freddy, another somewhat hollowed-out suit - and through the open mouth that Lolbit just doesn't have any form of endoskeleton. Whatever it is, it's a hollow shell, just a casing with no drive - potentially part of why they don't show up in person, other than in place of Ennard's mask, which is also just another empty shell piece on a wall. Interestingly, Blacktime Freddy - the grey-and-white recolor of Funtime Freddy with two hands instead of one, who was used in the books - was a planned easter egg for SL as well, in the exact same place as half a head casing in place of Ennard's mask, and this character was also intended for SL Custom Night, but was ultimately cut. Blacktime Freddy shares those pinprick-of-light eyes in hollow, dark sockets as well, although this isn't included in TFC, where the character appears properly rather than as an easter egg - there, he just has yellow eyes, which combined with his two hands is seemingly intended to imply he's the casing for Yenndo, not that the graphic novel artist actually knew anything close to enough about the series to include that. Anyways, Lolbit never had a physical, functional body until HW, where they were given just Funtime Foxy's model with a color swap - blacked-out eyes (they are physical orbs with glowing pupils, rather than Lolbit's hollow sockets with floating points of light), orange and purple rather than pink and red, and whited-out eyebrows which are kept on the model to mimic the lack of eyebrows on the original renders. Funtime Foxy's taxi service remains one of my favorite details of the series, in a joke sort of way. On a more serious note, the character's design is also pretty solid (physically too, with those metal plates), and definitely simple enough to be memorable. I think it's less a bad character design and more that they weren't given enough in SL to be anything unique, when all other Foxy variants were - Lolbit had a semi-established character, Mangle existed as that incredibly different design, and both withered and classic Foxy remained their iconic form. Oh, also Roxy has a Funtime Foxy plush in her room, presumably looking to her predecessors for inspiration or something.

It's going to sound simplistic, but perhaps Funtime Foxy and Mangle look the same because the designer of the Funtimes is the designer of the Toy series. Perhaps they are nearly the same design for the express purpose to visually communicate this to the viewer? Sister Location is very hard to place in the series, perhaps identifying how their timing relates to the Toy Series would help to put things better into context?

Funtime foxy has been my favorite animatronic since I was a kid! She's just so underrated compared to his friends! There's just something about her that I just can really enjoy, thank you for making a video on him!

Funtime Foxy headcanon: The soul inside Funtime Foxy is a boy, but the robot was built to be a girl. That's why they're considered a girl by employees and why they're in ladies night (UCN), but they're voice is male.

This is not true because Scott said to the Wiki's, all the children who possess the animatronics are consistant with gender of the child. It seems Funtime Foxy is a boy because his UCN description only refers to him as such. The reason I feel he's in Ladies Night is because of his girlish looking design which makes him a good fit in that challenge. Also the reason Mangle is refered to as boy and girl is because Mangle is the combination of 2 endos, one male, one female. The male variant is the bare endo head, and the female is Foxy's head

Well not being as talkative and beloved as Freddy or creepy as Ballora, Funtime Foxy has always been my favorite. love the design and her personality. When sister location came out she always struck me as shy and introverted something that Scott confirmed in a post. Later in UCN his showman is one of false bravado. He likely mimics his own announcer's voice, hides from the camera in both games and only makes an appearance when absolutely necessary. Either you being rude for not showing up to her show ( Something she wants to show off and is angered when he can't) or trying to hide from you in sister location both in the custom night and maybe night 3 and failing can cause him to to act out. Interestingly this makes her a lot like Roxanne wolf because she has a Funtime Foxy plushy in her room which could be simply a coincidence but I find interesting because Glamrock Chica has a Toy Chica plushy and they are both being party animals while Roxanne has Funtime Foxy another showman animatronic and both hide their true feelings behind their act. I may be projecting my own introverted opinion but Funtime Foxys reaction is pretty close to how I would if put into a similar circumstance.

​​@@somenbything08Thanks, often in my head F.Foxy and Mangle are each more of a "she" but they have been called a *he and she* in game so that's what I go with. I also call Lolbit and the new "Entity" or digital bunny "they/them" as that is what they have been called in game but that might just be a digital thing depending on if Glitchtrap was call a he or not. My little idea with Roxy and F.Foxy hiding their true selves has a little more proof now since Ruin, Roxy was hiding her fear and doubt but also being sweet and kind hearted behind her tough girl persona. Also can't wait to meet my favorite introverted show(wo)man Funtime Foxy in Help Wanted 2!

I always had the headcanon that F. Foxy and Mangle were basically the same character in the overarching Fazbear brand, just at different points in time. Kind of like what you said with Freddy, each one being a reimagining of the OG. Props for the presentation and summary! See you in the next video ^_^!

Yes….. they’re both Foxy’s lol But on a serious level it is likely they were being developed around the same time independently of one another, mangle, or “Toy Foxy” was likely changed from Foxy’s traditional red, a color of aggression, to a more relaxing white and pink(likely after the incident of the “Foxy Go Go Go” minigame)to make the character more “child friendly”, and as a side note that’s why I strongly believe Toy Foxy/Mangle would be made female in light of that, to further disassociate from the old character. Funtime Foxy simply was made White and Pink to fit the rest of their band, their gender is also likely female, but the jury is definitely on vacation in Hawaii on that one. As a sidenote in pure speculation maybe Fazbear Ent. at first wanted to genderbend Foxy again when the Glamrocks were being designed, but maybe they decided to actually create a new character in the form of Roxy.

Technically Ft. Foxy is more like a bootleg. Because I don't remember Afton having the rights of the original band, reason why the main star was an _OC do not steal._

I think Funtime Foxy wasn't under Baby's control before you entered Parts and Service, and their twitching is Foxy being overtaken by Baby. Neither they nor Ballora are meant to attack adults- quite the opposite. But Baby, being possessed by the soul of yet another dead child, is an adult-killer. HandUnit also has a glitching moment, and then starts acting oddly and in ways Baby "predicts". I do think the reason Ballora attacks though is because she can't see you and is also fighting off Baby. But ultimately she, as well as Foxy, lose.

Funtime Foxy is very... furry adjacent. Same with Lolbit. The leg up that Lolbit has is their connection to internet lingo and culture, which is an interesting trait to have in a character especially in this series. Internet culture and Furry communities have some pretty massive crossover so that probably contributed a ton to the overall popularization of Lolbit

The reason I'm a fan of Funtime Foxy is twofold. One, Foxy's always been my favorite character since the first game came out in 2014, and I've loved almost every iteration of them since (especially Mangle). The other reason is that pink is my favorite color. So, when there was a Foxy that was pink, I was all over that. And then they gave him those voice lines in UCN that were just *chef's kiss*. I love showman characters and personalities, and her voice has this edge to it that I can't help but love. They feel unique, even if they're kind of in the background

I think one reason Lolbit is so popular, unlike Funtime Foxy, is because of her color palette along with being an Easter Egg character at first. For the color point, the orange and white with purple accents look much better than the white red and pink of Funtime Foxy which closely match the more popular Funtime Freddy’s color palette. Lolbit also comes with those quite iconic black eyes with the singular white pinprick pupil in the centers that we saw with the Toy animatronics, which look much cooler than Funtime Foxy’s basic yellow eyes. At the very least, these are the reasons I like Lolbit and don’t really care about Funtime Foxy.

Anyone else notice how Lolbit and Funtime Foxy have a kinda similar relationship to classic Freddy and classic Golden Freddy? One was a serious threat through the game, the other was an occasional Easter egg that far exceeds the other in popularity.

As for why super-obscure characters get a lot of fans, well, “ensemble dark horses” can be quite strong in the fandom. Plus, I imagine meeting Lolbit multiple times in FNAF world to buy perks got them in the players mind a lot.

Now I want a series of videos/animations of Funtime Foxy as a taxi driver, driving around and talking with random Fnaf characters.

The earliest FNaF-based memory I have is my older brother playing UCN and getting jumpscared by Funtime Foxy. I recall that now that this video is out, and it's impressive how FNaF can bring back memories of things: animatronic-related or otherwise. And I always had this one idea that, if they were to do something outside of Circus Baby's (eg. the animatronics have found new lives after escaping the bunker) I feel like they would be a tailor/costumer: something about them just screams that they would have something to do with plays and shows even if they didn't directly participate in them. That, and the one headcanon I have where Funtime Freddy and Funtime Foxy team up to do voice-based pranks (one can only record and play back voicelines, while the other can basically just use the voice how they want once they heard enough of it so they combine their powers).

Funtime Foxy and Lolbit are my two favorite animatronics and I’m glad this video covered them. It always angered me that Funtime Foxy was so overlooked, and while I’m glad that Lolbit has a cult following, there is no denying Funtime Foxy is far, far cooler in concept than a somewhat buggy computer virus. I love everything about Funtime Foxy, from the design, to her part of the child capture process, (which is fucked but still interesting) even to the implications of her being a base model for whatever Lolbit is in the FNAF canon. I just wish Funtime Foxy was used more, you know? She’s damn near perfect design wise, and the only thing I dislike about her (and Lolbit as well) is whole “ambiguous gender” thing Scott did, which is just irritating because it exclusively leads to the sparking of irrelevant debates and non-controversial fanart becoming controversial for no reason. That fact doesn’t matter in my eyes, though. The way Funtime Foxy borders the line of being incredibly scary, and downright adorable is just perfect for me, and Lolbit would follow suit in that praise if she actually made more than 4 facial expressions in the entire history of the series.

I think part of the reason these 2 are so beloved by the fans is because of their small roll. They look so visually stunning, but we barely see or hear anything from them.

I do like the lolbit theory that they're almost a piece of pop culture in universe like merch exists and their design is on the SB arcade cabinets and they're obviously in the game HW as an Easter egg, William planned to make a second luring robot so he could run multiple parties at once and even got the marketing out but circus baby shut down before anything could be build leaning Lolbits AI on the SL PC and future fazbear people can make references to it, I just think the theory is neat kinda like an in universe misingno from Pokémon

For me, I'd say my strong attachment to Lolbit and Funtime Foxy stems to me riding the high of Sister Location back in the day, and basing my first FNAF oc heavily off the two. Mostly Funtime Foxy. Though I am not as much of a fan of Funtime Foxy as I was when I was younger, Lolbit stuck out more to me because of the fantastic use of orange, purple and white. Plus, I absolutely LOVED FNAF world as a kid so Lolbit making an appearance with the design of Funtime Foxy? HELL YEAH! Absolute banger design and still one of my favourite animatronics to this day :3!

funtime foxy has always been one of, if not my absolute favorites, and I guess my absolute love for him kinda blinded me to how she's overshadowed by everyone around her I have seen the lolbit thing in effect tho. I think it's because they're generally more unique as a character; their colour scheme and pin-pricked eyes are unusual, their name and mechanics are completely unique, and they generally don't have to live in mangles shadow. all thar being said the real question is why are they only 5'9. I literally havr friends taller than funtime foxy and that's fuvked up

I really love watching your fnaf videos, the way you describe the characters makes me feel closer to them as I play these games. Keep up the good work lol, I'm looking forward what you decide to cover next

I remember back when I was around 7-8 (I'm almost 11 now) I used to LOVE Lolbit, they were literally one of my top favorite characters (followed closely by Michael afton and foxy)I never was able to draw the character but I humanized them once(like a human with funky colours and fox ears with clothes based on their animatronic design, think, equestria girls)and it haunts me forever lols, been getting back into fnaf(the fan games more specifically) pretty casually now.

I'm gonna admit I love Funtime Foxy cause of that one animation of him and Funtime Freddy arguing with each other. Lol I don't think it was even a minute long but the way Foxy was annoying Freddy just had me charmed. So he's my fave now for that simple reason.

For some reason I remember a deleted video I think that everyone forgot about it’s was on Scottsworld you see anymore since the video was deleted but Funtime foxy gender was confirmed to be female this was back in July of 2021 and mangles gender is also confirmed to be yes and yes only so don’t ask mange about her gender he won’t answer but Funtime foxy gender is confirmed to be female she can mimic voice

Tbh I became a F. Foxy fan because of the TLT’s remix of join us for the bite. They had so much personality there, and he has so much potential for headcanons. (yes, I like using he/they for foxy personally.)

I was sure the first time I saw Fun Time Foxy that he was the original Mangle before they got… the way they did 🫠 Great video, NotA, as usual ^^

Honestly since they all originate from the first Foxy designs it would be really cool if they carried over at least one defining 'pirate' trait between all the different models. Like Foxy original has his hook, eye patch, and tattered clothing so maybe while Funtime Foxy has the voice and gusto of a leader- lol bit gets the Scurvy, peg leg, and other pirate things I can't think of .

I’ve always thought that Afton disliked Foxy, and therefore Afton decided to make Funtime Foxy the most mediocre of the four so that the audience would focus on the ones that he actually tolerated. This idea is based off of The Ooftroop’s “An Undeniably Canon Five Nights at Freddy’s Timeline.”

Idk why but when you said twin foxes I immediately thought of lolbit being around to distract any kids who tried to curiously follow funtime foxy and their target XD

Lolbit is cool. Literally the "Purple is my favorite color!" animatronic for me plus it's a Foxy template double cool

the reason why both funtime foxy and lolbit are so popular is purely based on design. the voice does add a bit but thats moreso a secondairy aspect to it. they simply have pretty designs that are popular and very furry-like. a sleek and somewhat feminin shape without looking overly sexual, which there arent many of (glamrock roxy and glamrock chica also have those aspects, most of the other animatronics tend to have a very rounded, chubby shape with some exceptions that are more masculine. toy chica is just kinda too "sexual" of a design) their relative lack of lore importance and not particularily high amount of appearances dont matter that much as it isnt why people like them. They arent popular for lore or characterisation, they just look good

Also fun fact funtime was really the only one to give scott a real scare in sister location

Funtime Foxy's voice alone made him a fan favorite of mine and is currently my favorite of Sister Location

It makes me sad that FF got basically no attention, their design is my favorite out of the Funtimes. Would've loved to have seen more of them, but them's the breaks in a franchise with this many characters I guess

There is a headcannon I have for Funtime Foxy. We never hear their voice, not their real voice. I just think it's weird that all the other band mates have clear voices, save for the slight electronic hiss. Even as Ennerd, the voices sound clear enough. Foxy's, however, has more of a... Speaking through a radio sound, or playing off a vinyl record. The voice we hear could be a recording of someone else, say the Magician Man sitting in front of Baby's gallery. I'm not entirely sure how the Circus crew opperates for regular a regular performance, but taking Foxy's "alternative " role, they probably take a supporting role on stage as well. Either mimicing, or switching between preloaded voices as needed. Either to play alongside Freddy's joke acts when needed, or as a backup singer for whatever song Baby sings. Or even his own solo acts when they're in those situations. We do know that magicians in the FNAF world tend to be the ringleader/leader types, like Orville the Elephant, hence why I suggested the Magician Man from Sister Location, since he's one of the only/few possible unheard voices we have heard yet from Circus and Rental.

Great vid as always, honestly not much to say, Funtime Foxy and Lolbit are pretty simple characters, it's indeed kinda weird that Funtime Foxy didn't get as much development as the other Funtime animatronics did (although outside of Fnaf AR, it's not like Ballora has much of a presnece herself overall) 9:46 Yeah it's prolly a mistake by Funko, I know left and right for sprites in videogames are kinda weird, but like, the hook's on the right hand (same as Foxy) on the action figure while it's on the left on the Fnaf World Lolbit (9:49) But yeah, really underdevelopped characters overall (well, Funtime Foxy mostly, Lolbit's fine as just a neat easter egg)

theory: what if after sister location, FunTime Foxy's pieces were used to CREATE mangle? I mean, come on! just some welding, recoloring, and other stuff, and you get mangle! maybe the reason they did this, was because the ACTUAL toy foxy got demolished or something, and FF just was broken by them as well? i mean, it was never explained why a extra endo head is on mangle? maybe toy and FUNTIME foxy merged?

Honestly Lolbit is one of my favorite animatronics! i've loved them since fnaf world ^^ I even have a lolbit funko plush that i keep near where i put my glasses O: they're very visible with my awful eyesight lol

I love Funtime Foxy, the bravado in the voice gives off a comical snobby persona, and that lends well to fan interpretation, since they aren't bogged with lore you can have a lot with the character, like if Foxy were to taunt someone in funtime auditorium with shouting. What an interesting little history video from you!

I mean, FNAF help wanted 2 was announced not too long ago. It wouldn't be hard to believe that they might put lolbit in this game compilation. I hope they do, I think this video has made me fonder of these two characters.

personally i love lolbit; they just have a lot of things i really like also its weird how they sort of predate funtime foxy; sorta? theyre from fnaf world; which *a* funtime foxy is in and lolbit is also a recolour of that one so its like; i dunno either way im 100% certain on this theory that since lolbit is a digital entity when glitchtrap is about to rise to ultimate godhood lolbit is gonna do an elbow drop from the top rope instantly killing glitchtrap and putting an end to the modern era of fnaf

Lolbit is my favorite partly because of their mystery, they are a well of undiscovered stories and potential, and while I know you could say that about a lot of the animatronics, Lolbit is so high up on my list because SL was the first time I actually saw and cared about a FNaF game, and they felt like a character i could relate with.

​@@MrFell. just ignore these kids, they except things without further speculation or thought it through as to why they like the character in the first place. I think what has drawn them to like Lolbit was the eyes, the catchy name, and showing up on a screen as to indicate it was meant to be a trolling virus is, in my opinion, what actually drawn their attention to it.

I swear all my favorite characters in different franchises are either ignored, obscure or neglected like Funtime Foxy. I love this character and deserves a lot more spotlight. I also love Lolbit it's such a fun character.

Admittedly it is funky how such nobody's can be favorites, but that's also comming from someone who's favorite is Mangle for a reason I can't really figure out.

Honestly, going with the idea that the Sister Location animatronics were made with the remnant from the Fnaf 2 Toy Animatronics, it would make sense that their designs would be like Mangle. Rather than use a carbon copy of the main animatronics from the last two restaurants, keep some of the same models to make it familiar but change the theming to a lesser known side character. Not to mention, Mangle is from Kid's Cove and the Funtime Animatronics were likely meant to capture younger and smaller kids rather than larger ones like tweens or early teenagers.

Lolbit's design just hits different. Also she is literally just a troll. All she ever does is make you take two seconds that could be given to something way more important to make you type out 'lol'. Comedy. She is the moment.

The VR Funtime foxy part was freaky. I mean most of VR HW was freaky, but still. Passing through Foxy was twitching, and shaking the entire time. It's terrifying when you flashed the lights and they're right in front of you. Out of all the SL animatronics Foxy is my 2nd favorite. :)

7:20 I think there's also just animatronic personalities that they just *kinda have* Foxy always doesnt like to be ignored, is a bit narcissistic, and tends to be the most aggressive. For another example Chika is almost always bad at singing, and has an unhealthy obsession with pizza.

I think mangles gender is ambiguous because they're multiple animatronics all mashed together. This carried over to FNAF world Funtime foxy ("toy foxy" if you will) just because they're an alternate version of Mangle. However I think SL FF and FF in like, marketing and such and as a character in Fazbear Inc is suppose to be a boy

I think the reason F. Foxy is less popular is because he's the only one in Sister Location to not get a voice (initially). Seriously, F. Foxy is the only animatronic without a voice if you think about it: Baby/Ennard, Ballora, F. Freddy, Bon Bon, Bidybab, hell even the Minireenas have giggling that indicates they have some kind of voice. F. Foxy is the ONLY one. Unfortunately, that makes him have way less of an impression than the others because there isn't really a character to get attached to in this very character-centric game.

Roxanne Wolf has a funtime foxy plushie hidden in her room in Security Breach, and I've always wondered if that's just an easter egg, if that says something about Roxy's character, or if that's some sort of cryptic hint to why Foxy isn't in the game.

Funtime Foxy and Lolbit, my beloved. Funtime Foxy is an introvert. Also Funtime Foxy also makes a chillin smile in his SL Custom Night Jumpscare.
