its written by the hong sisters and let me tell you they both are talented screenwriters. all the dramas they written for are well received and popular. they know how to capture not only the main characters but supporting characters giving them equal amount of on screen. their scripts are well balanced

Even though I fell in love with Jang Uk I really love them all. Amazing actors. They made me cry, Laugh etc, . I felt so many emotions watching this show. ❤ I can say I had to some self evaluation after this. 😂

You could never go wrong with Somin delivering funny scenes, then adding her great chemistry with these 4 adorb men. It's chef's kiss. The adults are equally funny too. 🤣

Makes sense, the impact of the season 1 finale did change the whole mood. Season 2 was a lot more depressing than season 1, but I liked it.

Season 1 was so well made, it had comedy, fried ship, bromance, and romance. Most historical dramas, lack consistent comedy so it can get dry. But I the bromance of season 1 made it so entertaining. None of the friends betrayed each other. And mudeok and jang uk’s romance was a slow brew, we watched them start as master and pupil then friends, and lovers. In an interview, the actor for jang uk even said for part 2, he basically felt like he had to portray an entirely different character

Season 2 lacked the strong mindset of naksu. Season 2 naksu was rather dull and helpess. But we all rooted for the naksu we saw in season 1 so we were so disappointed in s2 😢

Mudeok is the best with the way she treated jang Uk , I miss them being together 😢😢no matter how interesting season 2 is it is not complete without her 😩😩😩😩

Jang Uk & Mu Deok are non stop chaos and we love them all the more for it. From the hair bun scene, to the filthy water scene and this week’s escaping Jin Mu, their shenanigans are top tier and they literally share one braincell! 😂

Jung Somin is so good at showing her expressive face, she can show her feelings just with facial expressions, that's why she nailed every comedy scene so well. I see in some dramas/movies sometimes comedy scenes can fail because the actress/actor is not expressive, so their expression can't support the comedic situation.

Season1 was so better than season 2 just because of somin it's next level haha she is the best 🏆

Honestly everyone will understand why we will miss so min I mean she's literally in almost all the humour scenes of this movie

Sorry but mudeok and Jang uk as pair will always be my personal favourite 😭 watching part 2 didn't feel the same to me🥲 but I enjoyed it

the best part of AOS 1 was when they helped Mudeok passed the exam huhu🥺💜

Jaewook and Somin with the rest of the actors made this series a hit. Their acting is phenomenal

Each and every character in this drama is so well written and portrayed 🥺❤️ The comedy is top notch in Alchemy Of Souls, whether it's in friendships or relationships 😂😂

After 2521, this drama makes me laugh out loud every episode 😅😂 Yes, so min is good in comedy but i love her character here. Hihi

It's the Season 1 banter that's really bring the charisma in the series. And the comedic timing also. I didn't get to finish Season 2 because I don't feel like I'm watching the same Naksu anymore. I miss her expressions. Jung So min's eyes are just soooo expressive.

Jung Somin subtle change in her facial expressions is just chef's kiss. 🤣 And the way she witched accent.

They all have great chemistry but So Min and Jae Wook together are amazing!! We're so close to part 1 ending and I'm going to miss them together.

I don't think she needs to disappear in S2. Go young jung can just be the main lead, but So min can just still be there.
