I hate to be the one to break it to you, but 63 is not young. I'm 52 and getting old. Still more active than most people my age, but I acknowledge reality. You're getting OLD. Don't try to bluff your own brain by using new-age semantics. One day old, 3 years old, 63 years old. Face it. Embrace it. If you rock harder than anyone your age, then LOVE IT! Don't try to whitewash it with stupid adjectives.
