Really
Fundamental rights are a group of rights that have been recognized by the Supreme Court as requiring a high degree of protection from government encroachment. These rights are specifically identified in the Constitution (especially in the Bill of Rights), or have been found under Due Process.

They are enshrined in the(Part-3,Article 12-35)of the Constitution, which guarantees them and it is necessary for individual growth. They are justiciable (enforceable by courts). In case of a violation, a person can approach a court of law. Originally seven fundamental rights were mentioned in the Indian Constitution but Right to Property was deleted. It is adopted from the American constitution ,called MAGNA CARTA of India.
what an amazing style to teach ma'am aumsum teaching
Tysm Di, Thanks a lot. You have no idea about how much this video is going to help upsc aspirants, as there exams are approaching... Also it is very difficult for us to watch all videos related to Fundamental Rights at this time... And even quality can't be comprised with.. But your video has removed all our major nd minor doubts🙏👍

Query related to polity: Acquisition of dadar nagar haweli, goa daman deev, puducherry lies under article 2 (Article 2 relates to the admission or establishment of new states that are not part of the Union of India.) And according to article 4 there is no need to constitutional amendment for this(article 2&3). Then why there was need for10th ,12th ,14th constitutional amendment?
Thanks a lot Ma'am for this video,& it's very helpful. If possible please discuss all the parts of constitution with specific cases thanks a lot again
Relly thank you madam This video provides a large and detailed knowledge related to the topic and the best part is this video contains important case law.

Madam I am 27years old man from West Bengal. Never in my life had I got the interest of reading constitution of India! After the caricature of CAA I started reading Citizenship Act, 1946 Foreigner's Act etc. Watched a video of yours regarding article 5-11! Slowly I became so soothed in reading the constitution of India that nowadays apart from Job struggles I carve sometime to read constitution as well. Its your videos and your lucid style of teaching that influenced me to do so!
All your lectures are crystal clear Admirable! Second part??????? Pls Ma'am ! 😊😊😊
Jo topic teachers ke dwara 5-6 din me bhi nhi samajh ataa wo topic 15 minute ki video me samajh aa gayi
Thanks a lot ma'am waiting for the second part😊
Thanks for this nice video, ma'am. Egarly waiting for the next part.
